RPG Rules

Basic Rules

1.) You can't attack and kill someone by saying "Goku threw a Spirit Bomb at Frieza and killed him". You can only kill someone by fighting them and wearing their power level to 0 or below, unless you decide to spare them, then their power level is 0.0005 (KO'd) and will remain so until the next day.

2.) Don't lie!! I'll keep a record of your training and items. If you use an attack or an item that you don't have, then you will lose 1 week of training and a penalty of my choosing. If a Referee lies about an outcome of a fight, the penalty will be much more severe for him, he may risk been kicked off.

3.) Don't argue with me unless it's a legitimate reason. I'm a fair person and i do not cheat. If you argue with me over something petty you must be prepared to suffer the concequences.

4.) If you wish to hold a tournament you must front up with the finance and prizes. So unless you have sufficent money do not bother to hold a tournament.

5.) Every month or 2 the RPG will hold a Tenachi-Boudukai. Any and everyone may participate but only in your respective catagories. Catagories go by power level. If i find that you fought in a match that your not supposed to be in, you will suffer a power and training penalty.

6.) If you wish to train, go on a quest, fight in tournament, buy items from the shop or start or change a job, you MUST e-mail me so i can keep track of your progress.

7.) Even though i'm just like every other member, i can be killed, my authority over the rules and how this RPG is run will be respected. If you don't agree, then leave.

8.) You may think that with Fusion, you are practically invincible, well there you're wrong. You may have a much higher level in comparison to others, you can only control the power for 1 day, then you must unfuse and rest for 2 days before you can fuse with someone again.

9.) Gallet Gun upgraded, Death Ball and a few other select attacks have the ability to destroy a planet, though this deed does not go unnoticed. If you wish to destroy a planet and there is a Ruler, Guardian or another member training on that planet, they have the right to fight to stop you from destroying the planet. Since you are busy charging the attack, you must accept their challenge(s). Only when there are no more challengers are you able to destroy a planet. A planet with an Upgraded PDS cannot be blown up with PD attacks unless the owner deactivates the PDS or you kill the Guardian/Ruler and shut it off yourself, though other members can try and stop you as well.

10.) Creating a Planetary Defence System (PDS) around your planet is effective and wise, though time consuming, if you buy or make a PDS you must spend 2 weeks setting it up if you bought it (1 week to wait for it to arrive, 1 week to set up) and 4 weeks if you make it yourself (1 week to wait for the parts, 2 weeks to build, 1 week to set up). You cannot do anything else until it is finished. The Upgraded PDS takes 1 week longer.

11.) If you have a PDS around your planet, you may decline up to 3 challenges made to you with no deductions on anything. But if there more than 3 challenges made to you at the same time, then the PDS shuts down and you are forced to fight all the challengers or flee. The upgraded PDS stops 5 challenges and PD attack from hitting the planet. If more than 5 challenges made to you with the Upgraded PDS you must fight all the challengers but PD attacks still will not work unless it is shut off.

12.) Being a Ruler or a Guardian of a planet is a good, well paying job, but risky. You must accept all challenges (unless you fall under PDS rules). If you choose to flee a challenge, you lose the planet and must fight to regain it back. If you are away from the planet for more than 4 weeks then the inhabitants become restless and difficult to control, lowering the effect of the PDS by 1. If you are away for 6 weeks or more, the inhabitants rebel against you and the planet becomes free to claim, hiring a guardian can stop this from happening, but only for the first 4 weeks.

13.) You cannot govern multiple planets (unless you bought a small planet as a moon for the bigger one) even with instant transmission and hired guardians.

14.) You may create a team but must have at least 3 members before the team becomes active.

15.) You cannot be on more than 1 team, even if you are allied. The teams have strict rules and regulations and you will be punished as they see fit. Same goes with consorting with the enemy, conspiring against your own team and any other forms of treason.

16.) 1f a planet is destroyed, it can be wished back by an Eternal Dragon, unless it was a natural cause i.e a meteor collided with the planet as it was travelling along it's natural course, unaltered. If the planet had it's own Dragonballs and the creator wasn't killed they will follow the creator. Same goes for a Dark Star Dragonball, if the planet was destroyed with one on it, it will be relocated to another planet at random.

17.) Unless the planet is destroyed or you are collecting the DSDBS, Dragonballs cannot leave the planet. NO EXCEPTIONS.

18.) Just follow the rules accordingly. If you make an honest mistake, tell me ASAP, you will not be held accountable (telling me ASAP will help stop any problems arising).

19.) A Planet cannot be sold, if you don't want the planet, you just abandon it, leaving it free to claim, also losing any accessories you bought for it. Also you cannot hold a planet for someone unless the Ruler and/or Guardian has hired you as a Guardian. If you decide to become a Ruler you must remain so for at least 1 month, unless you are killed during that time, then you lose all rights to the planet. Guardians hired to protect a planet must also remain so for one month unless the hirer runs out of money or you and/or the ruler are killed (if the ruler is killed, who's gonna pay you). Buying a Planet automatically makes you a Ruler. Claiming a Planet with no Ruler that was not bought automatically makes you a Guardian and you are payed by the inhabitants of that planet, so unless the planet is destroyed you will always be paid.

20.) Stealing is not allowed unless it is a FTTD and you won. If you are caught stealing, you will be punished. You cannot borrow items from other members, unless it is a team item and you MUST have the leaders consent and from one other team member to use it.

21.) Permenant fusions are not possible. If you fuse in any way you can remain fused for one day only, then must seperate. If you do remained fused each fused member will lose 15,000 pl until you unfuse or your reaches 0 or below. this power loss IS permanent, so if you are fused for 3 days each of you lose 30,000 pl permanently. Only Potara Earrings allow you to be safely fused for more than one day (look at potara earring in the shop for more info). The only Fusion that is permanent is when two Namek members use Nameccian fusion, however one member will lose that character for good.

22.) The more times you get into trouble, the worse the concequences will be. Remember, you've always got something to lose.

23.) There is a limit to how much your Desperation can do. All desperations start out at 150,000 damage in total and can be enhanced through training. If your desperation heals you as well as damage, then the damage is only half, i.e 75,000 damage, regain 75,000 pl. The more things your desperation does, the less damage and/or power regained will be.

24.) Dragonballs can be searched for while they are regenerating but you cannot use the benefits of a Scouter, Dragon Radar or Sense Power Level.

25.) A Scouter takes 1/4 of the time off the search for any dragonballs. A Dragon Radar takes 1/2 the time off the search for any dragonballs. You CANNOT use the both of them at the same time, you MUST use one or the other, not both. You also cannot use Sense Power Level in conjunction with a Scouter or a Dragon Radar.

26.) It is possible for you to destroy a Dragonball but if you do you must have a VERY good reason for doing so, and if they belonged to a member or members henchman who created them be prepared to fight. If it wasn't a good enough reason the creator may use your own lifeforce to recreate the destroyed Dragonball(s). You must first tell me weather you are destroying one unless you must do it quickly, in that case tell me ASAP and you may not suffer the concequences. If it wasn't a members Dragonball then it'll take 1 month for that ball to return.

27.) Each member or henchman is allowed only 1 set of Dragonballs. You may have 2 henchmen but only one can have create Dragonballs. You must be a full-blooded Namek to create Dragonballs, at a cost.

28.) When Guru draws out your hidden power your alignment permantly changes to either Lawful Good or Chaotic Good,(depending on your alignment before it was unlocked) Babidi draws out your hidden evil and when he does this your aignment will permanently change to Lawful Evil or Chaotic Evil (again depending or your previous alignment). You cannot have both hidden powers unlocked. A Lawful Good-aligned member cannot have his evil drawn out, and the same goes for Chaotic Evil, you cannot have your inner good unlocked.

29.) You are only allowed to spar 3 times a week at best as long as you have the strength to do so. If you have had a spar previously and you are in CZ and if you haven't or are unable to heal, you cannot spar until you have.

30.) Only a purchased planet can have a gravity machine and other accessories. Some planets may already have some accessories but they cannot be enhanced.

31.) An Artifical Moon Projector has a similar construction requirement as PDS. It takes 2 weeks to complete if you bought it but only 3 weeks if you make it (only 1 week to build)

Fighting Rules

1.) A Saiyan or cross-breeded Saiyan can only have his/her tail removed either in a battle or they remove it themselves. If a full-blooded Saiyan who's tail is cut off in battle he/she will lose 150,000 off of his/her power level and it will regrow after 2 months after which they will gain the lost power back. A cross-breeded Saiyans tail which has been removed during battle will only lose 80,000 off of their power and will regrow after 1 month (most other races can heal faster than a saiyan can) and will gain back the lost power thereafter. If you are a cross-breeded Saiyan who has the ability to regenerate the tail can be regrown instantly but you will still suffer the power loss, though you regain the lost power after only 2 weeks. If the tail is pulled out there is no power loss and unless it is surgically removed for good it will grow back, in half the time as it would being cut off during battle.

2.) A Senzu bean restores everything, ki, blocks, evades, criticals and power. If you have used your desperation and then use a senzu bean then you cannot use the desp. a second time in that battle. You may only use 3 Senzu beans per fight. Blood Viles have the same effect but is only for the Undead (e.g Vampire). A living person who takes a Blood Vile will be weakened for 2 days (everything will be halved). Same goes for Undead taking a Senzu bean.

3.) A desperation can only be used once per battle.

4.) You may learn another members desperation but it will only be half as strong and takes 2 turns to charge and can be used at any time, just like a normal attack.

5.) When you use a Ki attack that causes a CH, then you take away a Ki count, not a CH count. CH count only refers to a physical CH.

6.) Any techniques that paralyse the opponent, i.e solar flare, time stop etc, only stops then from doing anything, all they can do is stand there, doing nothing.

7.) Saiyans or cross-breeded Saiyans can only go Oozaru ONCE per battle. Nameks or other species that can learn Kyodaika can only use Kyodaika ONCE per battle.

8.) If a Saiyan or C-B Saiyan goes Oozaru, they cannot evade any attacks but they are more adept in blocking (triples blocks) due to their immense size. Any species that can learn Kyodaika will have their blocks doubled. Same goes for an Ultra Super Saiyan.

9.) If there is a full moon, an artifical full moon (e.g holographic projection) or an active moon flare, a Saiyan or C-B Saiyan may choose not to look at it, though they may succumb to aerial attacks, if they don't wish to transform.

10.) Death Disc, Destructo Disc and a few other select attacks are capable of severing limbs. They can only do so if the opponent is in CZ and they are unable to defend themselves at all.

11.) You can block a Death Disc etc but if you are in CZ then this will not sever but slash open the affected limb. You may also evade Death Disc, though it is futile to do so as the controller can bring it back around.

12.) Kaioken can be used with a transformation except Oozaru or Controlled Oozaru. Also it cannot be used with Mystic, Majin or Kyodaika. The same rule applies for Kyodaika.

13.) Oozaru and Controlled Oozaru add only to your base power level. 100,000 for normal, 175,000 for controlled. They cannot be used in any other transformation or power up.

14.) If you have the attack Oozaru (but not Controlled Oozaru) and you see a full moon or an artificial moon and you will transform into an Oozaru. While you are Oozaru (not controlled) every 3rd attack does not work. In other words you may want to charge Final Flash but because you cannot control yourself, your animal instincts kick in and instead of charging the attack you punch or kick your opponent causing the normal physical damage. 1st: Fine / 2nd: Fine / 3rd: Uncontrolled / 4th: Fine / 5th: Fine / 6th: Uncontrolled / 7th: Fine / 8th: Fine / 9th: Uncontrolled / 10th: Fine and then start over at 1.

15.) If you have Instant Tranmsmission you may use it to evade an attack (including Spirit Bomb though you cannot for desp.). It will cost 2 Ki to do so.

16.) If you have Upgraded Instant Transmission you may use it to evade an attack, but it'll only cost 1 Ki (seeing as it is a improved version).

17.) You can use Instant Transmission or Upgraded Instant Transmission in conjunction with another technique(e.g KameHameHa) making it unevadable. It'll cost 2 ki for normal and 1 Ki for Upgraded, added on to the cost of the attack. The opponent can only block.

18.) If you win a spar or a FTTD (fight to the death) you will gain 20,000 pl and $10,000.

19.) If you lose a spar or a FTTD you will only gain 5,000 pl and no money(what do you expect, you lost).

20.) If you draw in a spar or a FTTD then you will both gain 10,000 pl and $5,000.

21.) You must be on the same planet to FTTD or spar. A ref MUST be present at a FTTD but not a spar. However if you do spar all fighters must send me the results or you will not get updated for it. In a FTTD the ref must send the results as well as all the fighters.

22.) If you are challenged to a FTTD you must accept (unless you fall under the PDS rules, read basic rule #11 for more detail). If you do not accept or you flee you will lose $10,000 each day you fail to comply or each time you reject, no matter how many times a day. If you have no money or run out then you will start to lose power instead, 15,000 pl per day.

23.) The challenger of FTTD cannot set the time or place of the the fight. Only the challenged may choose, unless they say otherwise.
