E-mail me with the following information and i'll put you up as soon as i can. If your race has the ability to start with a weapon, it can only be from the normal weapons list, not the legendary weapons.
Character Name - you can choose to be anybody you wish, even made up.
Age - However old you wish to be.
Alignment - Whatever alignment you wish to be. You should read the rules on alignment types before choosing.
Race - There are several races to choose from, and each race has its own racial abilities. They also have a certain amount of character points to "buy" the racial abilities. Once you've gotten the racial abilities of the race(s) you chose to start with, you cannot get any more. click here to see races
Background Story - This is so you can let others know about your past and how you became what you are now. Be creative.
Attacks - You are allowed to choose 2 1 star attacks and 3 no star attacks. No personal moves are allowed at the start, you must create them first. Also no two star attacks or three star attacks are allowed.
Picture - You can either send me an actual picture or you can send me the address for it, can be whatever you like, even if you pick someone like Trunks for your picture and you're not even Trunks.
Desperation Attack - Your characters desperation is a last attempt to win the battle and can only be used once a battle, at 1/6th your max power level of the form you are in and takes one turn to charge. You provide a description for the desperation. There are limits to what a desperation can do though and here are some of those: if it only deals damage then it can deal 150,000 damage,if you want to gain life and deal damage the total of gaining life or dealing damage has to equal up to 150,000(example gain 100,000 power level,deal 50,000 damage),for every stun added on subtract 15,000 from the damage so the max would be 135,000 if it stunned the opponent for one turn, but for each stun after the 3 35,000 will be taken for each stun. This makes it if you only want stunns you may have a max of 6. I hope this cleared up some confusion about desperation. You may change your desperation attack every 200,000 power level you gain or after getting a new form(super saiyan,super namek,etc).
