Originally, this site was to be about the planning and taking of our super-road tripe out east. Yes we know east is a DIRECTION as we had no solid plan, other than to stop in Missississauga at the rye factories, and Toronto to try to make asses of ourselves on MuchMusic. That'd be fun. And to go to Montreal to hit the strip clubs there. ohhhh the strip clubs. mmmmmmmmm want go. We were hoping to make it to the eastern most point in Canada, so I could piss in the ocean there and say, "Hey I pissed in the ocean at the eastern most point of Canada, just to say I did it." But the money situation for everyone involved totally nixed the trip. Which sucks. really fucking sucks. So I'll just make my really bad flash animations to animate what I think would have happened at various points on the road trip. If i can't go on the trip, I can damn well pretend I did.

So here's what we'll do here instead for this site. Anyone who goes on a road-trip of any sort, anything over a 2 beer drive is considered a road-trip, can send in the story of their trip, pics (preferably nude women), videos. whatever you want. I'll post it up. Eventually I'll get some sort of message board thing or something on here, maybe people can meet other people, arrange places to stay as they go on various road-trips across the country. or not. I'll have to see how it all goes. But ya. Start sending in those road-trip stories now. Since this is all new and shit, feel free to submit stories up to a year old, help build up some shit on this site.

March 15 04

So I went on my first road-trip of the year last weekend. To Lethbridge. Couldn't have picked worse driving weather to try to highway drive on. FUCK. But it was an interesting trip. Wasn't able to go above 60 km/h at one point it was so bad. Blowing snow, skating rink on the highway. Seen a whole bunch of semis and other cars and trucks in the ditch. Wish I had a camera with me. And I also had no alcohol to drink on that trip. Yes I was on the highway for 7 hours without a drink. what the fuck right.

Anyways, the trip home was much better. Seen a herd of deer right beside the highway at the very last minute. Had one of them come across, I'd have a freezer full of dead deer and one seriously fucked up car. Come to think of it, a freezer full of dead deer meat wouldn't be such a bad thing. I was more interested in the 4 dead deer carcasses I saw on the way back, all within 100 feet of each other. They were pretty cool looking. How stupid are deer that if it sees one of its friends lieing dead from a car that it'll try the exact same place to cross the road. I was really wishing I had a camera when I saw them. The coolest thing was the semi stack I saw in the ditch. 3 semi cabs, stacked on top of each other like egos in the morning. I don't have the slightest clue why, but it was pretty cool. Fuck I need a camera.

Gonna have to make another trip to Alberta this summer though. They have EVERCLEAR in their liquor stores. Don't have that here. And Absinthe. OMIGOD we the drunkenness that could come of a weekend spent drinking EVERCLEAR and ABSINTHE. Ya. Gonna have to start to plan this trip soon though. June sometime. Before wedding season hits.
