The Philadelphia Fire Fighters' Union is Local #22 of the International Association of Fire Fighters, which represents over a quarter of a million professional fire fighters and paramedics in the United States and Canada.

Local #22 represents approximately 4,000 active and retired members of the Philadelphia Fire Department. We are dedicated to making sure that our members are provided with all that they require to ensure that the citizens and visitors of Philadelphia receive the highest level of professional fire suppression and emergency medical services when needed.

Local #22 also makes the needs of its members paramount. We work diligently to secure adequate pay and health benefits, as well as a safe work environment.
