Definitions are always important, especially when touching on subjects that are subject to little understanding such as this one. It is under these terms that I base my analysis and theorizing. I warn you now that I claim none of this as fact, simply state of oppinion. It is only a means to think on and consider. Skeptics on religion and such may not like these theories so I suggest that if you have a strong religios side then not to read. This report will generally challenge the Bible and other beliefs related. I in no way mean any disprespect. Personally, I am an Athiest and I generally do not believe at all in religion, simple as that. These are just oppinions in state that one may like to think on.

Let's begin.

Heaven and Hell

There was God. An entity beyond anything that our minds could even begin to comprehend; God was/is beyond spirit, beyond the psyche, beyond our physical and spiritual plain of existance. Alone in the universe God decided to create a new existance, so he made the Angels. S/He made them perfect, without sin or fault of body. S/He made them without fault of mind even. God watched these beings interact with one another, but S/He grew tired of seeing them interact and never change. Angels never grew old, never struggled, never went away. So God decided to make a new place where S/He could "grow" a new species. This species was homosapiens, and S/He created their living environment on a new world in the vast reaches of space. S/He covered Earth, their world, with grass and water, and food and sky. S/He gave humans a mind, a body, and a soul, and gave them a conscience as well. But this was not enough. God gave humans SIN. This SIN would make it so they were not perfect beings like the Angels, but rather tools for entertainment.

And so, God and the Angels watched these beings day in and day out, never realizing time themselves but watching the humans grow old and wither. Most of the Angels enjoyed this, all except one.

"God," that Angel said, "why do you make creatures inferior to us? They are imperfect beings. They take pleasure in flesh, and they sin and do not believe in you. God, they suffer as well. Why do you do this?" God sent the Angel away, but over time the Angel kept coming back with more questions. Why do you allow them to become sick and infect others? Why do you not make them believe in you? Why do you let them steal from one another and kill each other for sport?

Then one day a human died. The Angel went back to God and asked S/He where that soul would go? God told the Angel that because the soul did not believe in God the soul would not be allowed in Heaven and that it didn't matter anymore. The Angel did not accept this.

"God," said the Angel, "That spirit is suffering alone in nothingness. How can we be superior if we let them suffer? Are we no better than they then?" God became tired then of listening to this Angel's theories.

"Angel," said God, "if you can convince these sinners to believe in me, and if you can convince them to atone for all their sins, then I will allow them into my Heaven. However, if you can not make them atone, they will stay with you for eternity until they can learn. Nonbelievers and sinners can not be allowed into Heaven. Their sin would disrupt our balance and unmake our home." God granted the Angel a place for his abode and his lessons for the dead. This place was called Hell. The Angel went to Hell then, and from then on spirits of the humans who died went to Hell to atone for their sins and to learn how to believe in God and in the pure ways of living.
