Sheep.
You raise them for their wool. We can tell that this time instead of the sheep going from staying bald pink for a week and then sprouting a thick coat overnight, it'll show the coat growing. We can also see your dog can herd them into the barn, too.
A Cow.
I don't know if it's a bull or a cow, but we do know that you can have both in the game. The cow gives milk in varying sizes, and you'll probably be able to turn the milk into butter or cheese or yogurt or whatever. In GB3, the only game to use a two sexes mating system, the bull's only purpose was to smile and wag its tail when you brushed it, and get the cow pregnant.
Horse.
You can ride it, maybe race it. You might be able to get more than one this time and breed them since we are using the system from GB3.
Dog.
It's your pet. Or it could could be your pet. I think you might be able to choose multiple pets from the Little Green Witch (Think GB again). Your other options might be a cat or a turtle. Personally, I'm goin' for the turtle. :) There's three different dogs. The traditional HM dog, seen above, and then there's the Husky-Style Dog of STH and a Chihuahua. See it in the art
Goat.
Believed to be another animal you can raise. Or it might be a pet. Who knows? As an animal, maybe you could gather wool & milk from it, but lower quality, like, worth less than sheep wool and cow milk, but still gives you both. Or maybe it just sits there.
Cat.
One of the animals you might be able to pick as a pet from the little green witch. It was standing in front of her house with the turtle, dog, and goat. In the art, it shows three cats, a siamese, an orange (above), and a black.
Turtle.

Duck.
I believe this is an animal you raise as livestock, because in one picture you see many of them, not to mention the adult and duckling picture. You're probably going to be able to get eggs from them, or maybe you can cook them. Give Jack a variation in his diet. All he ever eats is veggies... and fish...
RACCOONDOG.
We still don't know what it is. When I went to save the picture from the Victor site, the default name was "raccoondog". V. revealing, huh?
Lizard.
I for one would have called it an alligator. But on the save as screen it said lizard. They must have some big ass lizards in Japan, no?
Owl.
I think this is a wild animal that they stuck in to throw us off.
