The time was now ten o’clock in the morning as Amy Dumas aka Lita was starting to get out of bed as she stretched her arms and yawned a few times. Just as she had planted both of her feet onto the ground, she heard her doorbell ring which caught her by surprise. Lita glanced at her digital clock that was sitting on the dresser to see what time it was before going down the stairs to answer the door.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: (rubbing her eyes) Phillip what are you doing here?
Cm Punk quickly turned around as he was startled by Lita answering the door. He smiled hoping she was surprised to see him, in one hand a white paper bag...the other a soft drink cup. Lita smiled briefly and looked behind him to see if a camera crew was with him but she noticed he was all alone.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Amy....hey I was just in the neighborhood and looked up your address. I was worried about you after Impact and wanted to make sure you were okay. Did I catch you at a bad time??
Lita tugs on her skull and cross bone pj's and laughs lightly before responding.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Well I am in my pj's...so if you don't mind them then no, you didn't catch me at a bad time.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Great!!! I didn't want you to think I was some kind of stalker or anything by stopping by.
Punk remembers the bag and drink in his hand and holds it up for her.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Oh!!! I almost forgot....I brought you something to eat and drink...thought maybe you might be hungry. It's a raspberry iced tea and some Chinese takeout. It was...the only restaurant I could find really in the neighborhood.
Lita smiles appreciatively as she takes the bag and drink from his hands. She gives a slight nod towards her house with her head indicating for him to come in as she holds the door open with her left foot.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Thanks a lot Phil...I love Chinese food...and raspberry ice tea is my favorite. Are you sure you’re not stalking me?
Lita smirks as she cocks an eyebrow.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: (Punk walks inside her house and looks around before looking back at Lita with a smile) Well....maybe just a little....but in a friendly way. You are just too darn cute not to stalk, you know?? (Laughs at his joke there) Awesome pad you have going on here. Nice band posters and pictures.
Punk walks over and looks at a picture of a band that has Amy in the middle of them as Lita closes the door.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Is this your band, the Luchagors??
Lita looks over at the picture that Punk is looking at and nods as she walks over to his side.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Yup that's my band. Those guys are awesome...maybe you'll get to meet someday.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Seriously?? That would be cool to get a chance to meet your band. I bet your band rocks it hard to the metal core. (Looks over at Lita which she flashes a smile at him)
Lita then heads into her kitchen where she sets the bag and drink down. She pulls out the styrofoam rectangular container and opens it up to reveal shrimp lo mein inside. She grabs the plastic fork out of the bag and takes a seat before taking a bite. She looks over at Punk who is still looking at her many framed pictures.
+ Xtreme Diva+ Lita: Do you want to come share this with me?
Punk continues to look at pictures of Lita back in the days when she was with Essa Rios up to her Team Xtreme days with the Hardy Boyz on to her first Women's Title reign and to her final PPV match. He turns and looks over at Lita who is sampling through the Chinese food.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: (heads into the kitchen) I don't know...is it any good??
Lita nods with a mouth full as she stabs some of the noodles and a couple pieces of shrimp before raising it up in the air towards him. After she chews and swallows she replies to his question with some enthusiasm in her voice.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Hell yeah it's good! come try some!
Punk, hesitant at first due to his dislike of most shrimp induced foods, leans over and takes a bite out of the Chinese food from the fork....surprisingly she was right, the food was pretty good. Lita grinned as she could tell he liked the food by the reaction he gave her. She then set the fork down and drank some of her raspberry ice tea.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: You can sit down if you want? Unless you plan on leaving soon
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Not bad....I underestimated the Chinese ways. (Laughs) Well I didn't want to impose and I didn't know if you would be happy to see me so I didn't know how long I would stay.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Oh I don't mind the company at all...I've been up since 8...just chillin and takin it easy. Adam speared me pretty hard last week...
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Yeah, I was going to ask you how were feeling after that went down?? That son of a bitch is going to pay. (Punks slides onto a seat and sits down, letting out a sigh while pondering last week's events)
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: I'm alright Phil...nothing I can't get through. Thank you for caring though...you’re so cute when you try to protect me.
Lita smiles as she leans across the table and plants a kiss on Punk's cheek. Punk smiles as he rubs his cheek where Lita kissed him. He looks up at her as she grins back at him.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Whoa....if I get kisses like that for protecting you then consider me your human shield. (Punk laughs at his joke) So are you ready for your match this week or are you even going to be able to compete??
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Yeah I should be fine to get into the ring tonight...I don't think Kelly Kelly will cause that much harm to my body.
Lita laughs lightly as she takes a couple more bites out of her Chinese food.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: So what are you going to do this week since you don't have a match?
+ Straight- Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Well....I don't want to give away too much but I am definitely going to be at Impact attending the show. You could say I am going to be visiting some old friends while I am there.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Oh so you will be at Impact...sounds good. So um...what old friends are you going to be hanging out with? If you don't mind me asking...
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Let's just say after what happened last week...I am going to plan a surprise visit to an ex-flame of yours.
Lita set her fork down and frowned as she began to speak with a pleading expression on his face.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Listen Phillip...you don't need to do this. He's not worth it! He's only doing this to get under your skin...don't get caught up in his twisted games.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Amy...this is the way I see things. Adam is going to continue to punish you mentally.…(looks down at Lita's ribs) and apparently physically as well. The guy doesn't want to see you happy and he gets off playing these wicked games with your emotions. Now that a new guy has stepped into your life....one who won't back down by his antics...he feels aggravated because he hasn't seen you throw me to the side and cry your eyes out.
Lita sighed as she got out of her chair and walked around the table to sit next to Punk. She looked deep into his eyes and took his hands into hers as she responded.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: One thing you should know about me is that I know Adam like the back of my hand. I know what he's up to and I know what he is capable of doing. The more you give into his mind games...the more he enjoys himself. It's like a challenge to him...he's being the cat and he wants you to play the mouse. Just ignore him like I am and everything will go back to normal.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm punk: Can you truly sit there and say you can simply ignore him?? Let me ask you this...does the pain in your ribs serve as a painful reminder of what ignoring someone can do?? I know you don't know me as well as Adam....but are you aware of what I am capable of as well??
Lita looks down at the floor briefly before returning her eyes to Punk's.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Ok so I don't know exactly what you are capable of and I am not doubting you at all....I just don't want you to get hurt or involved in something brutal over me. You’re a really good guy and I would feel bad if something ever happened to you. And I know Adam didn't mean to spear me, I threw myself in the way remember?
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: (turns away slightly and mumbles under his breath) I seriously doubt that he didn't mean to...
Punk turns and looks back at Lita, his thumb tracing over her hands.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar+ Cm Punk: Look....I know you are afraid I am going to get hurt and such by Edge but if you remember, I almost broke his nose a couple weeks ago. You said Edge didn't mean to spear you....I say open your eyes Lita and realize he doesn't care about your health...he only cares about hurting you anyway possible. Who knows....maybe at Impact Maryse might get an unexpected gift delivered to her in return for last week's actions as well.
Lita sat in silence for a minute taking in everything that she was being told. She knew she couldn't change Punk's mind so she tried to change the subject to lighten the mood.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Phil can we not talk about this anymore? I can see you’re still going to seek revenge so the only thing I can do now is just sit back and hope for the best..
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Amy....I am doing this because he needs to get out of your life and move on. He has a girl in his life....now you have a new guy in your life and he needs to accept it and move on.
Punks sits back in the chair and slaps his hands on his leg.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Your right though...let's put this stuff to rest for now. You have your match with Kelly Kelly coming up and you need to be focused on that babygirl.
Lita just now catches onto something Punk said earlier that grabs her attention.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Wait a minute, I have a new guy in my life? Really? Who can that be?
Lita smirked at Punk before she bit her bottom lip.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Well....from what I hear....he's into tattoos...comes from the windy city of Chicago....loves the wrestling business and music business as much as you do....loves a woman with intelligence....and is completely into the one and only Amy Dumas aka Lita.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: So exactly how much would you say you’re "into" me huh?
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: (smiles at Lita's question) Well....let's just say it's those kind of feelings where I think about you all the time, wonder what you are doing....what you are thinking....if you are thinking about me as much as I do of you....when you walk into a room, I can't take my eyes off of you. When we kiss....it's one of those moments that you never want to end kind of feelings.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Aww so mister straight-edge warrior has a softer side to him I see. Well I can definitely say the feelings are mutual...but anyway I'm about to hop in the shower and get all "dolled up" I guess you can say.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: (smiles even wider) Ooooo taking a shower you say.... (Punk acts all excited at the sound and thought of Lita in the shower)
Lita playfully hits Punk in the shoulder to snap him out of his thoughts.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita:
Lita: Don't get your hopes up...your not getting in THAT easy (Lita laughs)
Punk laughs as he stands up and helps Lita clean up the food from the table.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Well I need to be heading out I guess and let you get ready and such.
Punk walks towards the door as Lita follows him. As he reaches the door, he turns and looks back at Lita, flashing her another smile.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: Call you later babe??
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Yeah that would be nice.
Punk takes Lita by her hand and pulls her closer to him. He leans in as he gives Lita a long soft kiss, feeling her soft lips that he loves so much. After the kiss he gave her, Lita was standing there smiling at him with her hands on her lips.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: You keep kissing me like that and I might not ever let you leave..
Punk looks back shocked at Lita's comment, not realizing what impact his kiss actually has. Punk turns slightly and faces Lita as he leans in and kisses her again then smiles.
+ Straight-Edge Superstar + Cm Punk: You give a very enticing offer and I would be more than willing to take your kissing challenge.
Lita laughs and shakes her head before crossing her arms.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: I wasn't talking about a kissing challenge. Here...I'll show you.
Lita then grabs Punk's hand and leads him back into her house closing the door behind them. The only thing we can do now is sit back and imagine what possibly went down in her house as the scene fades.
The scene opens up inside of an unmarked room where a small camera crew along with some staff members are shown moving some furniture around as well as attending to other things. There are two coffee tables and two leather chairs set up facing each other with one clip-on microphone placed on each chair. We suddenly hear a familiar voice as Jim Ross steps into the frame wearing a black suit with a black cowboy hat. He shakes the hands of the workers before taking a seat in one of the leather chairs. Ross glances down at his watch and waits patiently as Lita shows up five minutes later taking the seat across from him. Once they both get situated and have their microphones clipped on and working, Ross immediately begins the interview as the cameras record it live.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: First of all Lita, I would like to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to do this interview with me. Mr. McMahon doesn’t normally have me do these unless there are a bunch of questions he and the fans would like answered…either that or your in some serious trouble. (laughs)
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: (laughs as she crosses her legs) Well last time I checked, I haven’t done anything wrong so I’m sure he as well as the fans have a ton of questions for me to answer.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: Right you are Lita, right you are. So let’s get started shall we?
Lita nods as Jr starts firing his first set of questions.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: Now Lita, rumor has it that you may still have some feelings for Edge but are trying to hide them by siding with Cm Punk. Is there any truth to this at all?
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: (sighs) Once a rumor, always a rumor..
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: Well can you further explain what you mean by that?
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: Well Jr, I’ve been dealing with Edge for these past couple of weeks now and to be completely honest, I am sick of it. I don’t know what his problem is with Cm Punk but if he has a problem with me then he needs to come and talk to me about it.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: So there are no feelings towards Edge whatsoever?
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: No there are none! (pauses) After Edge and I broke up after a year ago…we went our separate ways. I went and put my band together while he went and did his own thing. Edge and I aren’t even friends and the fact that I told him personally to stay away from and yet he keeps getting in my way, really irritates me.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: Well why do you think Edge is doing this? There must be some purpose behind all of us.
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: I don’t know Jr, I could list several reasons why…either he isn’t over me yet or he just doesn’t want to see me happy. Edge has changed a lot since our breakup, he’s more cruel than usual and I think it’s because he’s dating Maryse.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: Well we’ll get to Maryse in a few minutes. Right now I would like to take the time to talk about Cm Punk. So what exactly is going on between you two? Are you friends? Are you more than friends?
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: (smirks) Wouldn’t you like to know…
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: Well I am a little curious myself actually..
+ Xtreme Diva + Lita: (smirks even bigger) Cm Punk and I are very good friends now…we’re finding out what we have in common and we try to hang out together when we have some down time.
+ Boomer Sooner + Jim Ross: So you guys are dating then right?
