Ron Weasley.
Ron. Ronald. Renaldo? *Laughter*
Anyway.
I have recently – yesterday – decided to take a certain Mr. Ron Weasley on board my merry ship of insane laughter and cruelty to fictional characters. THEY’RE NOT FICTIONAL! *Wails*
I am, by the by, the chairwoman of the CFC, the Cruelty to Fictional Characters.
My friend, who is unknown to you all, is the chairwoman of the DACFC, the Defence Against Cruelty to Fictional Characters.
A strange world I live in.
Anyway. Moving on. RON.
Ron: *waves shyly to all*

Never mind. About Ron.
We all know who Ron is - the bright, chirpy character who hangs round with Harry and Hermione, making them Golden Boy, Genius Girl, and Comedy Sidekick.
Ron: *scowls*
Alysun: Shush up, you.
He is a cheerful, optimistic Gryffindor, ever loyal to his friends and extensive family.
This is where I hit some problems. As yet, I have only written one post for Ron, in which he fell asleep. Oh, the excitement is running wild today, kids...
So instead of blabbing on and on and on about nothing as I did with Sev, I shall tell you a story, a pretty little story, that didn’t happen that long ago…
Ron entered the RP by being worried about Harry. So he set off and caught up with his dark haired friend at Hogwarts. They wandered around a bit, and it becomes clear that Ron has a lil’ crush on Harry, just like the rest of the younger generation… (And the older generation is generally hung up over Lucius. Strange but true.)
And is devastated when Harry and Draco get it together, if you get my meaning. So he trails round after them, providing a few well-earned laughs here and there, when able. And then Hermione gets her claws into him in the kitchens. (I’m thinking that this story would make a bloody good song... “In the kitchens, it was in the kitchens, yeah, why the geeeeeeeniuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus guuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrllllllllllll, yeah… maybe not)
Hermione voices her love of Ron and Ron thinks “My gods, the world’s gone mad” or words to that effect. He voices his anti-love of Hermione. And they start getting it together as well, and then they stop. Why? Well, because Ron feels that he wants Harry, and Hermione is *not* a satisfactory replacement, and Hermione feels that she doesn’t want to be used. And the fact that this group seems to have little interest in hetero-sex. Never mind. Anyway, nothing happens with Ron until Ginny is killed. Then he goes into a so-called waking coma, and is shuffled off into a bedroom somewhere (This is where I come in and say “Ron was very upset. He went to sleep, because there was nothing else to do. Ginny’s death had really upset him”. No, I’m not much of a writer…^_~). Hermione joins him in the bed and that’s all.
His relationships are described by the richest scribes of Egypt to stand as this –
He loves Harry. Harry is, I believe, unaware of this.
Hermione loves him. He does not love Hermione.
He hates Lucius and Snape, and seeing them making out in Lucius’s car did not do him much good.
He is indifferent to Lucilla, as he knows nothing about her. I seem to recall him calling her “harmless”. He doesn’t seem to be a very good judge of character…
Ron’s thoughts on Ginny’s death
“She’s dead…no, she can’t be! She can’t! I was only talking to her ten minutes ago…”
And might I just say, since I have all the Weasley clan AND Sev in my head, I get the most tremendous rows going on? Especially between Arthur and Sev… *sigh* How we suffer for our art.
