Cruel Intentions Car Club Bylaws

I. Name - - With many ideas club members decided on the club's name to be Cruel Intentions.
II. Objective - - There are many things we plan to accomplish i.e., gaining respect from other clubs as well as recieving public attention, but most of all to bring friends and people together and gain trust within the group.
III. Rules - - All members must abide by each and every bylaw.
- No drinking and driving whatsoever
- No degrading towards other clubs whatsoever
- No meeting absences unless approved by the Pres. or VP.
IV. Meetings - - Meetings must have all members present unless directed otherwise from the Pres. or VP. If member is unable to attend a meeting they will be asked to contact the Pres. or VP. two days prior to the meeting if not beforehand. If member fails to contact an official then they will be placed on probation. Three (3) counts of absences or violations of the Bylaws results in the member's membership being canceled. Meetings will consist of: voting new members into the club, voting members out of the club, discussing further club advancements, collecting required membership dues. If member fails to pay required membership due then they will be placed on probation and given an approximate 3 months to catch up on the dues. If member is unable to complete paying dues within this period of extended time, then thier membership will be canceled.
V. Membership Requirments - - New members will be placed on probation for a period of 30 days. If and Bylaws are violated within this period of time the member's membership will be terminated immediately. All new members must attend the next upcoming meeting which will be organized by the Pres. New members will be voted in by existing members. All members must be present at these meetings for vote-ins. A $20 membership fee is required which covers: member's windshield banner, membership card, and misc. Cruel Intentions Car Club sticker. New additions to the club must have thier vehicle customized in AT LEAST one way as of now. In addition to having future plans. (i.e., custom paint, height, stereo, lighting, ect.)
VI. Representing - - All members must have some sort of Cruel Intentions representation whether it be the small Cruel Intentions sticker or the windshield banner. All member's rides must be maintained to "show material".
VII. Probation - - If any one member is placed on probation with the exception of new members they will have 30 days to get reorganized. If the member fails to do so thier membership will be terminated at once. If any one member has been placed on probation more than 2 times thier membership will be terminated without rejoining ability within 2 months. If any one member's membership has been canceled thier Cruel Intentions representations must be removed ASAP.
VIII. Conclusion - - After overlooking these Bylaws all members are expected to abide by them. Our goal is to bring people closer together for the love of customized rides.
