Slum 1's at war with Slum 2. Rich side hates everybody. Market's full of ordinary people who live in the slums/market area and have jobs. Wasteland is full of empty buildings due to a "presence" (nobody's really sure what it is -- but they hate it). Characters have to register to be part of one part of the city. Slum 1, Slum 2, Merchant, or Outsider. You only graduate to the Rich part by being a Merchant for a while.
