This is a div layer layout featuring one of music's most popular female singers, Britney Spears! The layout uses css which changes the font, links, and scrollbar color. I like this layout alot and I found the scan from this psd site HERE, which I then edited and made into a layout.

Open the css.css to edit any style type stuff such as color of links and scroll bar etc. To edit the main content, open up indezx.html using notepad or something similar. You can then edit this text you're reading. The links are on the same page directly above the text.
