Drawing Adjustment indicates a transitory state of balance in one’s life. The individual has managed to find a central and securable point between the conflicting drives in his life, a position which offers the potential for greater self development. Adjustment allows the individual to take stock in their position and long as the have the discipline to maintain it..
The image is of a woman seated in a meditative position. To her left and right are the solar and lunar discs, represented by downward and upward pointed pentagrams. Central and below the woman is the eastern “yin-yang” symbol of balance, the representation of the combination of the solar and lunar forces. She holds aloft the sword, in preparation for action, and points toward the lunar disc, or inverted pentagram, suggesting a predisposition for self-focus and development.
The structure of this image introduces a new element, a circle. Unlike the triangle, which represents spiritual activity, the circle represents spiritual balance. Central to the image is the figures navel, re-iterating the call for balance an inward reflection.
