Welcome to the sound section of the ZMFTS.  Here you will find Transformers-related, downloadable audio files, many of which are entirely unique to this page.  File sizes are noted next to each link; sound quality has been reduced in most cases to reduce download time.

Transformers Toys

This section is intended as a sound library for the Transformers toys equipped with battery-operated, electronic sound effects, which have evolved over the years from simple transistor-based tones to sophisticated digitized speech.

Transformers G1

Shockwave:

laser sound 1 (25K).
laser sound 2 (33K).

Galvatron:

laser sound 1 (67K).
laser sound 2 (65K).
laser sound 3 (65K).

While not documented in the instructions, Galvatron could also produce two intermediate sounds by positioning the selector switch inbetween his three official main sounds:

intermediate sound 2 (62K).

Optimus Prime :

"I am Optimus Prime!" (21K).

Starscream/Ramjet:
