Trish: Ugh! That's the LAST time I let the WWF book my travel arrangements.
Randy Orton: Excuse me.. Trish?
Trish: Yes?
Randy Orton: Let me help you with that.
***Orton sticks his arm out and Trish slowly hands him her bags. He winks at her.***
Randy Orton: Which way Madame?
Trish: Follow me...
***Trish leads Randy down a hall and the two soon turn left, disappearing from the camera's view.***

Jim Ross: Ladies and Gentlemen, this is a new era in the World Wrestling Federation. Mr. McMahon has handed complete control of the W W F to me and my reign of owner begins tonight in Worcester, Mass! First off, before I go any further, let me introduce you to your two announcers for tonight's broadcast and all future WWF broadcasts, Jerry "The King" Lawler and Miss Torrie Wilson. Now, onto further business. This is a World WRESTLING Federation. You might as well say that the sports entertainment aspect of it left with the McMahon family. From now until my end as WWF Owner, this will be a wrestling organization. So tonight, two tournaments will be started and they will come to an end at our first ppv, WWF No Mercy. The World Wrestling Federation championship will be up for grabs to eight of the hottest men in our sport today, The Undertaker, Kane, The Rock, Chris Jericho, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Rob Van Dam, and Steve Corino. Tonight, the first four men that I just listed will battle it out in two separate tournament matches. The Undertaker will meet his brother Kane and The Rock will meet "Y2J" Chris Jericho. In another tournament for our Intercontinental championship, Edge will take on former ECW Heavyweight champion, Mike Awesome. Tonight is surely going to be a night of firsts, and I'm happy to be the man to bring it to you. Thank you.

***The Hardy Boys are shown entering the arena. They walk past a member of production.***
Jeff Hardy: Hey man.. Where are the locker rooms?
Production Man: If you keep going straight down that hallway right there, turn left and you'll find yours.
Jeff Hardy: Alright thanks bro.
***They walk past the man in the direction he pointed them. Stacy Keibler hurries behind them.***
Stacy Keibler: Matt..Jeff.. Hold up!
Matt Hardy: Yeah..What's up?
Stacy Keibler: Mr. Ross has booked us three in a match tonight against D-Generation X.
***Matt looks over to Jeff and then back to Stacy.***

×Edge vs. Mike Awesome×-Intercontinental Title Tournament Semi-Final
Edge awaits Mike Awesome to come to the ring but Awesome attacks him from behind, coming out of the crowd. Awesome sends Edge into the ropes and back body drops him out of the ring. Awesome stalls a bit which allows Edge to grab a chair. As Awesome goes to get out of the ring, Edge smashes the chair across his head. Edge climbs into the ring and begins his assault on Mike Awesome. He picks him up and whips him aganinst the ropes. Awesome ducks under Edge's clothesline attempt and knocks the young Canadian down with a big boot. He pulls Edge up by his hair and positions him for the Awesome Bomb. He picks him up and spikes him down. 1..2.. Edge got his foot on the bottom rope. Mike is pissed. He turns his attention to the referee and pushes him back into a corner. He goes to hit him but the ref ducks out of the corner. Edge gets up and runs behind Awesome, pushing him into the turnbuckle. He grabs Mike's tights and rolls him up. 1...2.. Awesome shrugs Edge off. Edge picks Mike up and whips him across the ring into the other corner. He runs at him and goes for a spear but Awesome hops over Edge, sending him into the turnbuckles. Awesome spins Edge around and kicks him in the gut. Edge doubles over and Mike DDTs him to the canvas. He goes for the cover. Edge gets his shoulder up at the last second. Awesome is frustrated. He pulls Edge to his feet and pushes him into the ropes. Edge bounces back and Mike kicks him low again. This time, he sets him up for the Awesome bomb. He picks Edge up and holds him on his shoudler. He walks over to the ring ropes and motions like he is going to send Edge over the top rope. Edge struggles and eventually gets himself out of the move. Awesome turns around and Edge kicks him in the stomach. Edge places Awesome's head under his arm and drops him with the Edgecution. He flips him over and the referee makes the count.

×A Dark Room×
***Paul Bearer is pacing back and forth in a dark room.***
Paul Bearer: Mr. Jim Ross has granted my Undertaker an opportunity tonight.. Kane, your brother is here in the WWF thanks to his creatures of the night.. They have brought him here.. And now that he is here.. He is going to bring his title home to the creatures.. Kane, tonight you are the first victim that the WWF is feeding to my Undertaker.. OOOOOOOOOOOH YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!
***The Undertaker sits up inside a coffin.***
The Undertaker: Kane..Brother..Tonight is a night for the Creatures.. Tonight.. I begin my reign as the Lord of Darkness.. And tonight, you will not be able to.. Rest.. In Peace...

×Trish Stratus vs. Jazz×
Basic woman's match with Jazz overpowering Trish. Trish picked up the win however when Randy Orton tripped Jazz as she was running off the ropes and held her leg while Trish made the cover.

×D-Generation X Locker Room×
***Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and Chyna are all sitting around a table playing cards. They don't look the least bit nervous about their match tonight.***
Triple H: Do you have any.. sevens?
Chyna: Go fish.. Shawn, got any fours?
Shawn Michaels: Damn you, woman!
***Chyna laughs as Shawn hands over two fours. She slaps her last set of cards on the table. A knock is heard on their locker room door and the three members of DX smile.***

×A Dark Room×
***Paul Bearer is shown laying face first on the concrete. His urn is laying beside him, the lid off and ashes lying all over the ground. The Undertaker, who has obviously been beaten down, crawls over to Paul and grabs the urn. Out of nowhere, Mankind drops an elbow onto The Undertaker's back. The Undertaker falls to the ground but continues reaching for the urn. Mankind grabs the urn and smashes it over his knee. He picks The Undertaker up and throws him into his coffin. He walks off and comes back with a bag of nails and a hammer. He screams as he hammers The Undertaker's coffin shut. Once the final nail is in place, he drags the coffin out of the room.***

×Trish Stratus' Locker Room×
***Trish Stratus is walking around her locker room wearing a towel. She obviously just got out of the shower. She walks over to a locker and pulls out a skimpy little dress. She is about to take her towel off but Randy Orton walks into view wearing a towel as well.***
Randy Orton: If that was your way of thanking me for carrying your bags into the arena for you, then remind me to carry them every time we travel.
***Trish giggles as Randy walks over to her. He tells the camera man to get out of the room.***

×The Hardy Boys & Stacy Keibler vs. D-Generation X (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and Chyna)×

The Hardys and Stacy charge the ring and they each take a member of D-X. Matt clotheslines Triple H over the top rope while Stacy and Chyna slug it out in a corner. Jeff slides under HBK's legs and hooks him from behind with a neckbreaker. The two battle it out in a showcase of great talent but Michaels eventually gets the upper hand. A hot tag made to Matt turns the tide however. The ending comes when Billy Gunn, making his return to the federation, runs into the ring and knocks Jeff from behind with a pipe. This leads to Triple H getting the pin and a win for D-Generation X.

×The Rock's locker room×
***The Rock is getting ready to leave his locker room. Hulk Hogan walks in.***
Hulk Hogan: Yo brother, you've got the chance of a lifetime out there tonight.. You can become the WWF Champion..
The Rock: The Rock is well aware.
Hulk Hogan: Yeah well you might not have noticed that Ross forgot to add me to the list of wrestlers to get that shot.. So you've got to go out there and represent us..
The Rock: Wait one second there.. Hulk. You're telling The Rock that he must go out to the ring and represent you?
Hulk Hogan: Yeah Rock, that's what I'm saying.
The Rock: Are you saying that The Rock should go out to that ring tonight and pin Chris Jericho to the mat for YOU?
Hulk Hogan: Yeah Rock, you gotta represent me out there brother.
The Rock: Hulk Hogan.. What The Rock wants to know is.. Why?
Hulk Hogan: I told you Ro..
The Rock: IT DOESN... Wait.. it does matter what Hulk Hogan says to The Rock. It does matter. You want to know why Hulk? It matters to The Rock because you ARE Hulk Hogan. So yes, The Rock will go out there tonight and he will pin Chris Jericho to the mat for the 1-2-3 and he will do it with respect for you Hulk Hogan. And when The Rock wins the WWF Title, he's going to win that for you too. So Hulk Hogan.. Hollywood Hulk Hogan.. tonight, The Rock wins one for you.

×The Raw Stage×
***Mankind walks out onto the stage, still pulling The Undertaker's coffin. He pushes it to the edge of the stage and stands it upright. He walks off stage but runs back out and runs into the coffin. Both he and the coffin fall off of the stage and land hard on the arena floor. The coffin shatters to pieces. Mankind is the only one laying in the rubble.***

×The Rock vs. Chris Jericho×-World Wrestling Federation Championship Tournament
****FAST-FOWARD TO THE ENDING****
Jericho whips Rock into the ropes and runs opposite him. He jumps into the air and knocks The Rock down with a flying back elbow. He goes for the cover. 1..2.. The Rock gets his foot on the bottom rope. Jericho picks Rock up and pushes him out of the ring. He climbs to the top rope and poses for the crowd. He jumps off, intending to nail The Rock with a double ax handle, but The Rock grabbed a chair and smashed it into Jericho's ribs. Rocky continues to smash Jericho across the back with the chair. He throws the chair down and picks Jericho up, rolling him back into the ring. Hogan runs down the aisle and slides into the ring. Earl Hebner, who is slowly getting back to his feet, is in Hogan's way so Hulk kicks him over. Hulk picks up the chair that Rocky just used on Jericho and he The Rock to hold Jericho up. Hogan winds up and takes a swing at Jericho. Y2J ducks down, causing Hogan to knock The Rock out with the chair. Jericho knocks the chair into Hogan's face with a superkick. Hogan flies over the top rope. Jericho falls back onto The Rock and hooks his leg. He waits a while and realizes that Earl is knocked out. He gets off of The Rock and goes to try and pull Earl over to make the count. As he is doing so, Hogan is back to his feet with the chair. He smashes it over Jericho's head. RVD runs down the ramp and dropkicks Hogan from behind, sending him into the steel steps. He hops onto the ring apron and then to the top rope. He flies off and nails the five star frogsplash on The Rock. He grabs Jericho and pulls him over to The Rock. He wakes up Hebner and drops him next to Jericho. He slowly makes the count. 1...2...3!
