You Are Priceless
Author Unknown

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by
holding up a $20 bill. In the room, filled with 200
people, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?"

A sea of hands started going up immediately. "I am
going to give this to one of you," he said, "but
first, let me do this," and he proceeded to crumple
the bill up. He then held it up again and asked,
"Now who still wants it?"

Still the hands were up in the air. "Well," he
replied, "what if I do this?" - and he dropped
the $20 bill on the ground, and started to grind it
into the floor with his shoe. He then picked it up,
crumpled and dirty. "Who wants this dirty
bill?" he asked.

And the hands still went up into the air. "My
friends," said the speaker, "you have all learned a
very valuable lesson today. No matter what I did
to the money, you still wanted it because it did not
decrease in value. Though it was dirty and crumpled,
it was still worth 20 dollars. Many times in our lives,
we are dropped, crumpled and ground into the dirt - perhaps
by the decisions we make, or by the way others treat us,
or by the circumstances that come our way. At
times like those, we may feel that we are worthless. But,
no matter what has happened or what will happen, remember
that you will never lose your value: dirty or clean, crumpled
or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who
love you and care about you."

The worth of our lives comes not in what we do, or
whom we know, but by who we are.

You are special, don't ever forget it!

Always count your blessings, not your problems.
