● Full-cycle A/R and A/P

● Reconcile Vendor, Bank and Credit Card Statements

● File BC and Federal Sales Tax and Payroll Remittances

● Full-cycle Payroll including ROE's and T4's

● Data entry: receipts, deposits, bills, PO's, journal entries, pre-authorized transactions, new customers and suppliers, etc ...

● Interact with your accountant regarding fiscal year-end trial balance of books and post journal entries

Paperwork pick-up and drop-off are included for local clients.

Rate $25/hr. A flat monthly rate is negotiable after 1 year.
