Cardiovascular Room

The first area you come to is the cardio room, which consists of several treadmills, stairmasters, and recumbent bikes. There is also a rowing machine, nordic trak, and punching bag in the main room.

Freewieghts, and Strength training
|
|
As you pass through the main office, and Gym store, you come to the main room. Here you will find a wide range of circuit training, multi station, cable machines, and other fitness equipment. Plus TONS of FREE WEIGHT! Two full sets of Dumbbells ranging from 5 to 200 lbs. as well as a huge assortment of weighted plates for other exersises.
