January 1st, 2002 Hi There! Its about 2:30 pm on January 1st, 2002. Life is pretty interesting. About a week ago, I went to a XWF show and numerous times in the night people came up to ME and asked about MEW and one guy even got an autograph. Tell me something, is that NORMAL for a 18 year old who was in Highschool a year ago this time? I didn't think so. Lets look back a YEAR AGO...I was a Senior at Edison Highschool in Lake Station, Indiana. I had Art like 4 hours a day and MEW was merely a twinkle in my eye. We did that whole "backyard" thing that I quit/ended/put to sleep in November of 2000. At that time, I knew there was MORE out there for me. In January and Febuary I helped NRW out with music. It was a fun job and I learned a little about formatting a show. Technically, I learned what NOT to do...but thats another story. Then in March, some strings were pulled and my "guys" in MEW were getting trained. Remember, I'm STILL in High School. In High School, I did the normal stuff...SATs, hanging out, drugs, orgies, and toga parties. OK...so the latter 3 were only from the movies I saw at the time. In June, I graduated...In August, MEW had its FIRST show. The rest is HIZTORY! I won't lie, this IS too much to handle...but I am getting by with the help of a few people(You know who you are). I am 18, living my dream and signing autographs. If, the last few months of 2001 were a taste of what 2002 holds for me then life is very rocktastic! 3 Days from now- MEW's SIXTH show, TOTAL CHAOS!!! 3 Weeks from now- NIN CD and DVD release!!! 3 Months from now- um....March 1st, 2002. (I'm lost too.) 3 Years from now- Besides The Olsen Twin's being LEGAL...I'll let you know in 1095 days!!! The "I HEART MIKEY" shirts will soon be available!!!
