Libertarian Party of Pasco County

"Libertarian thinking [is] by far the most resourceful and imaginative strand of political [philosophy] extant today." -James Ridgeway, The Village Voice, 1/30/01

"Libertarians may be the third party most capable of siphoning voters from a broad spectrum of dissatisfaction." -Darrell Laurent, The Lynchburg News & Advance (Virginia), 8/1/99

"[If you believe] less government and more personal responsibility are desirable, the Libertarians are the natural choice." -Dennis Hoerig, The Business News (Dayton, Ohio), 10/27/00

In spite of partisan conflicts between "liberals" and "conservatives", they both have the same philosophy of government: that people are children that can not be trusted to properly run their own lives and businesses without the parental supervision and regulation of politicians and bureaucrats.

Libertarians have an entirely different philosophy, a philosophy of limited government which operates according to clear principles of personal freedom and personal responsibility. These are the principles that America was founded on, and it is the Libertarian Party which promotes and advances them today.

The Libertarian Party of Pasco County meets at 7:30 PM on the third Thursday of each month at Demetri's restaurant in New Port Richey. For more information on the Libertarian Party or our meetings, please call Chairman Jon Kueny at (727) 815-0917.
