Continuing on with the days building.

This side has every other hole stitched and is now mating with the bottom quite well.

All of the gaps seem to be disapearing, quickly.

Now THIS is looking like a boat!!! The bottom has a little overlap in the front, but I did this on purpose, so that I could fine tune the templates later. I'll fillet and then plane down the excess later. See how the butt joints are offset. That was on purpose.

Looking Good!

Total time, not including lunch and a trip for more wire was about 3 hours. Pretty good, but OH my aching back.

Notice the hump near the front. This will disapear when the panels are spread to the right width, with a deck or breasthook.

On to the gluing page (s)
