Left Towards Home!
Thinking you have a vague recollection of home being towards the left, you decide to head that way. Unfortunately, a short way out, the systems in your space cruiser begin to crash. In your hurry to get to some oxygenated planet, you zip into hyperspeed, but with all the gadgetry gone buggy, you overshoot your mark. It takes the last bit of the ship's reserves to turn around and get back into line with your home planet. Thus being done, you have no more energy in your ship to navigate landing. Your ship plummets through the atmosphere, and with its heat-deflector shields inoperable, you burn up on re-entry. After much controversy as to who your charred body was, you are finally identified and given a proper buriel. Hey, at least you died at home, right? But come now, wouldn't it have been much nicer still be back on Station Space2-O and choosing a lovely Earth-link to go to, curtesy of you spectacular tour guide? Hmm? ;)
