Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow

Graphics: For Gameboy, the graphics are good, but being Game Boy, the graphics are sketchy. Its a fun game and all, but if you are a person who loves 3-D animations popping out at you, or people running through corridors and life-like explosions, then this game isn’t for you. Its mellow, graphics wise.

Sound: The sounds are quite annoying. In almost every single city they are the same! >_< If you can bypass that, and look at the quality of the game, then do so, because if repeative songs bug you, you won’t get far in this game.

Gameplay: If you like the Pokemon TV Show; then you’ll love this game even if you’ve never seen the Pokemon TV Show. The game follows the TV Show in a way; so it would be easier if you watch the show. I think the story is pretty well layed out, but again, it matches the Show, so if you’re not a fan of the show,and are looking for a new adventure, wait for a new game. -.-;

Controls: You walk around in cities..go into wild grass..find a pokemon..weaken it..throw a Pokeball..catch it..fight with other pokemon..level it up..go to the gym..beat it..rince..lather..repeat. Thats how the game works, mostly. The controls are just throwing the pokeball, if you’ve baught some, and walking into the gym and talking to the trainers to battle them. Its quite easy to master these Controls.

Replayability: The replayability depends if you enjoyed the game, and wanted to try a new team throughout. You can start with a different starter pokemon, and try to catch new pokemon and experiment with those throughout the game, but if you’re sick of the game, then you wouldn’t want to do that, would you? ^^;

Fun: If you like Pokemon Cards, and the Pokemon TV Show, and have Pokemon Toys, then you’ll fall in love with this game. If you don’t have any of those things, and hate the TV Show, you’ll STILL like this game. Its addicting..x.x
