RAIDING RULES

Guild Bank: The guild bank will sponser all guild event and raids. It will pay for, but not limited to Gems, Coffins, porting stones, and etc. In order to do this the guild bank will recieve all Cash loot during a guild event/raid. All Group Leaders must give the raid leader all cash items and all coins collected on that raid. It is the responsibility of the Raid leader to get the cash items and cash to the guild bank and post all loot rewards and banked items or cash on the message board. This should help us when we need some stones (250pp each) to port to hate or if we need coffins to summon corpses because of a mishap on a raid. Plus all the casters that use Gems to protect our butts need to be compensated.

Order of the Fallen Ones Looting rules for all Guild Sponsered Events:

We will use a Looting Commitee which will consist of 3 guild members and 2 officers.

The commitee will award gear based on a number of things. Anywhere from raid attendance, to quest helping, to going out of your way to help guild members, to the simple need of the guild.

All epic pieces will be randomed between OFO members only 1st. Now the way the epic piece's will be handle is like this. The person furtherest along in his/her epic will get the epic piece. If two or more people are at that point in thier epics then it will be randomed between those people. If all members at the raid in OFO have that certain epic piece then it will be randomed outside the guild to those that have attended the raid.

Any plane gear that someone needs to finish thier plane gear will be merritted that item. Basically the same as before last piece plane gear will be merritted (Guild members only).

Also the Raid leader may or may not Merrit ONE piece of armor, Weapon, or item that may drop in the raid to any ONE person.

RAIDING RULES

In order to make a raid successful you need alot of people to work as one. Inorder to do this everyone must be working to together and follow the same rules. These rules are set-up for the purpose of maintaining order and to try and move the raid along as quickly as possible and efficiently. The following rules should be easy to adhere to, but are crucial for the success of the raid. If any of these rules are not followed then it may result in a wipe out of the raiding party.

1. Things you need for a Raid:
You will need a few when going on our raid. 1st thing is pen and paper. You will need to write down a few things like main assist, who is do calrity, who is speeding the tanks, etc. We do not want to see the same person asking who gives clarity or who give this and that. 2nd thing, please bring patience, Sometimes our objective takes alot of hard work and alot of killing, please enjoy what we are killing and what we are doing. 3rd thing bring plenty of food and water for your char and for your personally. Afk's in a raid sometimes come at the worst times. And finally the 4th thing, Please come to have fun.

2. Looking Around:
It is imperative that all members of the raid do not wander around. The scouting should be done by the raid leader or the main puller. If you start to wander because you want to see things then you will aggro a mob and in many cases more then one. Please stay where you are asked to and only move when asked. And NEVER go beyond the person you may be following.

3. Let the pull come to the Group:
Frequently in Raid you will see chain pulling (Where one person is pulling and another person takes the pull and brings it to the group) Usually this is done with a Monk and a warrior. For some reason it seems habit for people to run up to the pull before it is pulled back to the group. This is a NO NO! When this is done it prevents the puller from bringing the mob into the Kill Zone and could Aggro others and cause alot of deaths if not a total wipe-out. So please be patient and let the puller bring it to the Kill Zone (where we are waiting to tear something up) And for heaven's sake, if there is a shout for the tanks to back up, then back up immediately. There is nothing more embarrassing than 15 /shouts for the group to back up and they still aren't listening. It is said because the mob is getting out of range, about to be kicked off a ledge or a particular tank is getting killed when a healer is LD, so please do it immediately.

4. Going for the Kill:
When the pullers bring the mob back to the group please wait to attack until the MA(Main Assist) shouts for assistance. It is the responsibility of the MA to get the aggro and try and keep it. Plus this will also help you know which mob to attack. Sometimes the MA might target the wrong mob while trying to get to the one he needs to take out 1st. Therefore if you don't wait until the MA yells for assist then you may be attacking the wrong mob.

5. Mana and Ld's:
The Raid leader wants to know mana and wants to know about Ld's Please report Ld's asap. As soon as a Ld happens please shout it across guild chat or ooc. We do not want to leave anyone behind. All that will do is either wipe-out the person that went Ld after they return or it will aggro the group if the Ld person tries to catch up to the raiding party. After a Ld is announced we will wait for that person to return. Mana Reports, The raid leader will call for mana reports. When mana reports are called for please answer as swiftly as possible. This will determine whether or not we are ready for the next pull or it will determine whether or not we are ready for the main pull. Please when mana reports or called for report your mana to your group leader. The group leader will then report your group mana. You may have 20m but your group may be at 40m. Group Leaders please report the 40m. You will report as a group not as one person. Group Leaders should be the only ones using the communication channels, Unless your group leader has died or went LD.

6. Hold the Spam:
Please do not spam open channels of communication. When we are raiding the Raid leaders and groups leaders will be comminicating on these open channels.

7. Looting:
All group leaders will be looting. After your group gets the confirmed kill, Your group leader will loot. Group Leaders please be very aware not to loot NO DROP items. If you have a no drop item please announce over ooc and the Raid leader will determine who it goes to or will random it between people. Once you have won an item you will be out of the rest of the randoms (for your class) until all members of your class has obtained an item. If you are meritted an item that does not exclude you from any random unless you win a random. The Raid Leader Has The Final Authority On All Loot Distribution.

8. Patience:
Please do not ask for certain pulls because it may have an item you want. We will either get to that mob or we may not be able to kill that mob because of the things around it. We go into a raid to obtain as much loot and fun as we can get, but not all things will be gotten. Please do not ask when we are moving, We move as slow or fast as the raid is allowing. The leaders of the raids want to get to the final mob as quickly as you do, but we also want to live through it all. If by chance we have a wipe-out then we will be doing CR, please donot ask how long this will take or if we are going to continue our raid. Time is pre-determined before the raid starts. We will get everyone's corpse's as fast as we can but again we all need to work together and be patient.

9. Time is important:
In order for a raid to run smoothly it must begin smoothly. In order to begin a Raid the right way EVERYONE needs to be on time. This does two things for us. It allows us to have more time on the raid and it also allows us to get a few more people if need be. Being on TIME is very important. Most Raids will have a beginning time and ending time. Please try and make sure you will be able to attend the entire raid. If for some reason you cannot please let the Raid Leader know in advance or put it in your post to begin with.

10. Have Fun:
Raiding is one of the most challenging and rewarding things we can do in the game. Please Continue to breath during this raid and have fun. That is why we all got this game. We all want to have fun and grab as much loot as we can.

Ok not to much to ask to ensure a successful raid. If one of these rules are not followed you will be asked to leave the raid or you will be ported out. If you continue to break these rules then you will not be asked back on any of our raids.
