35 acres with one jumping arena (200' x 200'), one cross-country coarse
(about 3 acres with water jumps), one dressage arena (200' x 200'),
and one flat working arena (100' x 100'). It also has 5 feed rooms and 3 tack rooms.
Horses are fed twice a day, pellets are fed in the morning and alfalfa in the evening.
Diets are changed from horse to horse in order to give them what they need
during training and if they need a different diet because of their age.
Horses are exercised once or more a day or unless specific instructions by the owner.
Horse Capacity is 700 horses. Boarding fee: $1000 per horse per year.
