First of all, this is and always is supposed to be a fun sim game with a few guidelines.
But I do want you to at least come to this site once every week to see any updates or news.
What's the point of joining if you don't play??

One month after a new sim year starts, anyone without a horse,
unless they work something out with me, will be deleted.
There's a 35 member limit. If you join, but don't play, you will be deleted.
Please don't take up member space, you can always join later when you have time.
When auctioning horses, you may not sell to private bidders after a bid, any bid, has been made.
There are 3 real months in each sim year according to Equus.
You get to start out with 2 horses and $25,000.
You can not breed a horse, import a horse, or create a horse the first sim year here.

GUIDELINES FOR HORSES
Horses must retire at 20 yrs to light riding or halter.
Horses die at the age of 25. Sorry, but they have to die sometime.
Horses that are weanlings, yearlings, or 2-year-olds are fillies and colts.
Stallions can breed at 3 years old.
Mares can breed at 4 years old.
Mares can only be bred during the first month of the sim year.
Mares foal the following year on the same day of the first month.
