Comorat: (Ka' Moe Rat) A nickname given to me during my time in the military. As you might have guessed I was in communications. It was something that I took to like a duck to water and prided myself on knowing more about my equipment than anybody else. I atribute this largely to the awesome job my parents did of raising me. Before long I had established myself as a fountain of knowledge not only in my field but others as well. During a training mission we were having some difficulties with one of the other radio rigs and after a few hours of fiddling with it I was able to get everything working. One of the guys from the other squad made some comment about me "not just knowing how to work this stuff, but knowing it like you were in its walls like a rat" this evolved to Comorat and the name stuck. Maybe not the most attractive nick name in the world but it beats being referred to as "Hey dickhead".

You might have noticed Im a fairly sarcastic and condisending person. No really, I know its hard to belive but I am. Why you may ask....why would someone harbor these strong feelings of resentment for his fellow mankind? Simple...stupid people piss me off and the older I get the dumber America gets. Dont get me wrong, I love America. I just feel that we have our priorities all screwed up. Dont belive me, dial 911 and Dominoes pizza in the same 2 mins, take a wild guess whats going to get to your house first...the abulance or the pizza. We have developed a welfare system that pays better than most part time jobs at Taco Bell. Hell, why work when the government will give you cash, food stamps, a house, a bus pass, free medical care, clothing and pretty much anything else you want just because you are too fucking lazy to get a job. Now I know that there are going to be people that write me (email is on the main page) and say, "oh you are bitter, oh you dont know what its like to be poor, its so easy to judge when you havent been there"
Sorry pal, I have been there. Ive seen things that would make a grown man wet his pants. I've been in situations that drive people to put a bullet in thier head because they cant handle it. Ive been so poor I couldnt afford to pay attention. The only differance is that instead of blaming the system and whining about it I got a job and pulled myself out.
I havent had any special advantages, I went to public school, Ive never gone to college since I joined the Army right out of high school, Ive been working non-stop ever since I was old enough to do so and I can guarentee that eventually some welfare rat with a goddamn computer donated to him by the government so he wouldnt be "technologically isolated" is going to read this and bitch about it. So in advance I say "kiss my working class butt, if this offends you go get a job".
I am a firm believer in that there is no reason to be poor or jobless. I dont care how minimal of skills you have you can do something and still earn 6 bucks an hour. Not everyone is cut out to be a network design engineer, but not everybody is cut out to flip burgers for a living either. I do what I do because it's what I know and what I'm good at. Ive been tested at higher than average intelligence, Ive got excellent motor control and reflexes, but if you put a stack of wood, a bag of nails and a hammer in front of me I still couldnt build you a house. Granted, not everybody has this going for them, but not everybody wins the lottery either. I enjoy working, it gives me something to do and I feel that I am playing an active roll in the development of America
