As you can see from the picture, two 18" diameter drainage pipes are laid. They are to form the overflow from Damsel Pool to Dragon Pool. When this work is completed it will then be time to divert the brook. You must always work in conjunction with the Environment Agency when dealing with watercourses. We have found them most helpful in the planning of the work on the fishery. With the work that we had done checked by the E.A., it was then time to divert the brook. In a matter of a few days the level was up at least three feet.
