Planning & Control Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Practice and promote companies core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset
- Responsible for the delivery of high quality planning and analysis services and activities
- Develop, implement and execute strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and control business plans
- Improve productivity, efficiency and profitability of operation .
- Provide expertise support to Customer Support system and application.
- Develop Customer Support financial reports and corrective action recommendations for CS management
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
- Manage SOX project
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and analyst system application preferably in multinational environment.
- With strategic planning skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Excellent knowledge on OA tools and applications
- Customer focused mindset
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
- Strong presentation skill
- Excellent project management skill
- A team player wit strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong coaching and mentoring skill
- Strong influencing skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and local language
