Waffles!

2 Cup Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

2 Eggs
1 2/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients together; set aside. In another bowl, mix together all wet ingredients until well mixed.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix until just mixed (lumps are okay.) Mixture should be bubbling slightly.
Pour and bake as directed by waffle iron. (My iron uses approx 1/2 cup per waffle, cook for approx 5 minutes)
To freeze: After taking waffle off of hot iron, cool on cooling rack, then layer with wax paper and store in freezer bags
