The room is in a single family home. It is about 10 x 11 ft with a good size closet (furnished or
non). The cable and phone line are in the room.
The room is located on the basement level. It is very clean and bright with large windows...see pictures.. There is a full
kitchen and bathroom on the same level. These are shared with one other person.
The bus stop is about 3 minutes from the front door. The 118/114 will get you to dowtown or
west...to Algonquin College. It connects you directly with Baseline Station and Hurdman Station. It takes about 15 minutes
to downtown; 10 minutes to Carleton; 10 minutes to Algonquin; It is within walking distance to Nortel Skyline and
shopping.
The location is in a quiet/safe single family neighbourhood.
