This is the GUI - Latest Version . It has some very minor bugs like clicking on the connect
twice disconnects you ..etc. The refresh code has been done - hence the system can stay online
for ever with this dialer. If you are confused - Just download the above file thats it ( exectutable
compiled for i386 on a Fedora Core 3 ) ScreenShot :
Not a pretty picture , but does what you need it to and does it for free . Respect the GNU Policy

has bugs - does not keep updating connection , hence connection does not last for more than 5 minutes.
To use your net4india broad band connection you need its dialer , sadly the dialer is available only for windows . I have revese engineered the same and have the source copies .
Though badly coded these files allow you to access , your net from linux and gets rid of the windows menace .

Steps For Installation :
Step 1 : Get your configuration details from windows
Ip adress , Sub net mask , Default gateway , DNS primary and DNS secondary .
Step 2 : Configure your network card with the above settings .
Type setup in a console to get the configuration thingy.
Step 3: Download the above two files .
Step 4: Edit those files in a editor and make the changes you have to . That is - enter your mac address and connection server ( usually the primary DNS server ) in the places i have marked .
Step 5: Compile , Run and Enjoy .
Principles :
Your net4india DNS server will direct everyrequest to that stupid ad page unless you login .
The dialer program does just that (login) for you .
Running :
After Compilation run the init file first
Next Run the Dialer File
This is how you proceed every time . First the init file then the dialer file and presto u have a connection .

Works On : Red Hat , Mandrake , Suse anything that has g++ and can compile i guess . Tested on RedHat 9.0 only.
