After 30+ years of puffin English type blends, mostly VA/Perique, I'm gettin' a strong taste for aromatic blends, especially in the morning. I don't understand it at all, but there it is. So....
Anybody out there got any recommendations for a FULL flavored, FULL strength aromatic?
I'm used to smoking fairly strong blends like C&D's Bayou Night and Exclusive, so I'm looking for a blend about that strength if possible, with some sweetness to it, but not gooey or syrupy sweet. Most of the aromatics I've tried at my local shop are to mild.

Have you looked into MacBaren's Vanilla Creme? Or for (to my mind) pseudo-aromatics, Frog Morton on the Town, or Haddo's Delight. These work great for me, but YMMV.
Creedmoor Chronicles
Ashton Type 6, Ashton The Fragrant Blend or some of the Dan Tobacco mixtures might be for you.

I should recommend you to try:
GH N°7 Broken Flake
GH Rum Flake
GH Coniston Cut Plug Aromatic
GH Kendal Flake
SG Grousemoor
If you like something more Oriental with a pinch of Latakia, you should also give a try to Moschita (made by Schuerch).

I was just going to suggest the same ones. You just forgot THE best one: Bosun Cut Plug. Great tobacco, just awesome. (And just plain CCP would suffice, I think. The aromatic stuff is overkill).

Try GH Rum Flake, I happen to be smoking it right now, and Coniston Cut Plug. You might even try the CCP Aromatic version. I haven't tried it yet, though many seem to think that CCP by itself is plenty aromatic. If you find those too strong try Kendal Flake, Ennerdale Flake or Bosun Cut Plug. Also, give Bob's Flake (Chocolate) a try. Its got Latakia in it. All can be had at www.sigmundsfinecigars.com.

In my book Samuel Gawith RB-plug fits FULL flavored, FULL strength aromatic to the T.
But for a more natural tobacco/aromatic I would say Samuel Gawith #7 flake. It is as full as S-G FVF and it has a lite taste what I would call ginger bread or pastry. I think you would like it very much in the morning.
Get them at Vegas Smokes before their gone. http://vegassmokes.com

I second the SG #7 flake. One of my favorites. Frog Morton is also a first-string pick. Or, add some brown rope to any aromatic to select your own level.

Two Friends Valle Crucis. First rate Virginias and Orientals flavored with Cantonese ginger wine.

How about the G&H line of flavored twists? Sweet Rum Twist, Rum Flake, and Black Cherry rope (whoa!) will satisfy that sweet toof.

You can never go wrong with Barbary Coast, although, I could also suggest C. and D. 902. It has a delicious blackberry flavor, but there is also a bit of pepperiness that I've grown to like very much.

Not full strength but very tasty... Mac Barren Vanilla Cream. Very nice aromatic composed of quality various Virginias including some cut plug along with some very well thought out Cavendish.

My recommendations are:
Dunhill's 3 year matured Virginia
Dunhil's Black Aromatic
McCellands Captain Cool
