Bio: While fully aware that the Highlander is a character from one really really bad SF/fantasy TV/film/comic book/CCG franchise, and The Miserable Annals of the Earth is a reference from another, completely separate and utterly brilliant science fiction film thingamajiggy, Yr Humble Author must profess not to care, mostly because his girlfriend SuperGirlfriend really didn't like it when he first started Miserable Annals of the Earth and initially took the blognomen Monkey Boy. So blame her.
Highlander/Monkey Boy/Doc Nebula/whoever the hell I am right now currently lives in a great big apartment in a lovely brick house in a wonderful neighborhood in a sprawling quasi-southern metropolis which shall remain nameless, but which is a much much lovelier place to live than most places in New York State and anywhere at all in Florida. He's remarkably happy right now, and will remain so until SuperGirlfriend kicks him to the curb.
Interests: Superhero comics (mostly Silver Age, but exceptions are made for Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, and Geoff Johns), SF, fantasy, SuperGirlfriend and the SuperKids, HeroClix (only played under Doc Nebula's HeroClix House Rules, naturally), chocolate, BBQ spare ribs, and Fat Jimmy's pizza. I'm also enjoying the Justice League Unlimited show on Cartoon Network, when they bother to show it and I remember it's on.
