When Bumi was younger he was good friends with Aang, the Avatar. He lives in the Earth Kingdom of Omashu. He was always telling Aang, "Open your brain to the possibilities". He taught Aang how to use the Omashu delivery system as the worlds tallest and longest slide! When Bumi was younger he was scrawny and slightly crazy looking. He was missing some teeth and the skin under his left eye rises higher than the skin under his right eye. His eyes were a hazel color and his hair was brown. His skin is almost as dark as his hair. He wore a black head band that pushed his hair up strait. His shirt was yellow and sleveless and a black tie that went around his waist kept it closed. He also wore black arm bands and baggy green pants. A hundred years later and Bumi is now the old king of Omashu. He still looks slightly crazed and he still thinks outside the box. He also has a dry sense of humor. He loves to make jokes about everything but he doesn't laugh at them... and neither does anyone else... except Sokka... but we won't get into that. He wears rings on all of his fingers except his thumb. They don't seem to run in any particular pattern but they sit in an array of yellow, red, and green. He also wears this giant head set that had what looks to be giant feathers coming out of both sides of it. King Bumi still has giant hair, now white, with a matching beard and that skin under his left eye. He might look old and frail but really he's the best and most muscular Earthbender you'll ever find. It must be that and his mad genious that makes him such a good king. King Bumi's best weapon is his Earthbending. He's the best you'll ever find and he certainly shows it when he battles Aang. He uses unique Earthbending techniques because he thinks outside the box. He likes to hold the element of surprise when he battles. His enemy would, of course, be the Fire Nation. The Fire Nation wants desperately to bring down the last of the Earth Kingdoms. His Earth Kingdom is one of the few that is not yet taken over by the Fire Nation.
