HOW TO BECOME
A TDD
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR
1. You must have played atleast 20 games with TDD.. either in tournaments or in league games.
2. Age.. prefer you to be 16 or older. If you are younger talk with an admin.. depending on your behaviour in the league will depend on acceptance of your application.
3. You can not be in bad standing with tdd at the time of your application.. i.e. boxed etc..
4. At any time TDD staff reserves the right to change or modify these restrictions..
Before you apply also take in to consideration.. that for the first 30 days.. you will be under review.. if you do not fullfill your duties as a td.. you will be removed from that position.
What is expected of you as a td..
1. You must complete 2 tourneys per a week.. if you can not do so please contact an admin asap.. we will put you on vacation.. otherwise if you go over 7 days without a tourney you risk being removed from the position.. We will not contact you.. It is YOUR job to contact us. then you will be removed. If you are removed from TD you must wait another 14 days before you reapply and be active.. if you are not active during those 14 days your application will be denied.
2. You must follow TDD rules.. Please remember you represent TDD in the lobby and at the tables .. any fraction can result in boxing or up to loss of TD position..
3. We will at all times notify you of any changes in rules.. but.. here is the thing.. YOUR EMAIL MUST BE CLEAR SO YOU GET IT.. AND YOUR EMAIL MUST BE VALID... IF AT ANYTIME YOUR EMAIL IS FULL OR NOT VALID YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TD POSITION. This may seem harsh but you are after all staff.. so i expect you to be on top of these things..
