Tips For Building a Wall of Your Own

Finding pictures is usually pretty easy unless you're looking for a really old or obscure film or star. I like to use Yahoo and Google best, but other search engines work too. Typing in the name of the film or star will usually suffice, but if you're looking for something really specific, you might want to add "pics" or "screencaps" or the like.

Another thing to think about, especially if you are looking for actress sites, is avoiding porn. A lot of sites dedicated to actresses are connected to porn pop-up ads, some of which will even crash your computer. This may or may not be a concern for you, but if you're like me and it's really not something you want to see, here is some advice for avoiding it:

Once you've printed out some pictures, you need to decide how to organize them. I used two basic methods for this: random and grouped. I didn't find that either style had significantly fewer gaps from pictures fitting badly together - the thing that will help reduce that the most is taking the time to match pictures as carefully as possible when putting them up. You may or may not have the patience for this. I had hoped that the random organizational style would be less time consuming to put up, but it turned out not to be because of the time it takes to put pictures up so as to minimize the gaps between them. It also became less random as the year wore on - as I added, pictures naturally came in themed groups, and I didn't always have the time to try to spread them out more and maintain the randomness. The grouped style was my friends' favorite, but could also cause problems when adding on because if you got a bunch of pictures related to a group in the center of the Wall, it required either significant rearrangement or just adding another group with the same theme on the age, which sometimes reduced the overall effect. So both organizational styles have advantages and disadvantages.
