24th March 2004: Created first subtitle file, rearranged site
==========================================================================

Hooray! After many hours of work, I managed to create the subtitle file for episode 1: Cartman gets an anal probe.
This is the link for the file, you can find it in the results section too.

21th March 2004: Made program, found subtitles, started working
==========================================================================

I completed subedit, a smallish Pascal application that can add or substract a specific value of time from an .srt
subtitle file, which is the format I will use to post here. It can be used to eliminate un-synchronizations of subtitles
between different file versions of the same episodes, created by including or not some starting scenes or credits.
Consider this file a beta, I have dome some testing, but it could have problems, although I doubt it.

I have found two great sites, http://www.spscriptorium.com/ScriptGuideIndex.htm and http://sp24-7.lambtron.com/kennysays.htm
They have the scripts of the characters so thankfully I won't be consuming my time with these too. I am working on contacting
these guys and make an agreement over giving them credit or something.

I have started doing the subtitles fo Episode 1: Cartman gets an anal probe. When it's done, I will post both the
file and instructions on how to use it. It could take long though.

19th March 2004: Added objective of the site
==========================================================================

Do you all know South Park? It is an amusing "cartoon" series, though I suppose only adults or teens
should watch it, and it makes fun of everything. It is a very funny series to watch, but I won't keep describing
it, since you can find many sites about it.

I am planning to do something unique to it: Provide subtitles. This will be a very hard thing for these reasons:

-I am the only one in my team for now, and I am a really newbie to this area. All I got is support from a cousin
that does some stuff with dvd subtitles and so on

-I am not English, and these series use very quick dialogues and slang

-I am quite busy with my university

That's the difficulties. I am starting this whole project today(19th March 2004). My goals:
-Create subtitle files for South Park episodes based on time
-Create a program from the little Pascal I know that wil be able to apply time differencies to these files in case
someone has the same episode within a different file

The support I could use is instructions, what the guys actually say and whatever in general. If you want to help me,
email me at l_as@msn.com
