"Check", Sidney said. he was playing virtual chess. He was actually pretty good but his digimon partner, Tsumemon was making things difficult.
"No Cheating!", Tsumemon, who was sitting on a speaker, yelled. Sidney's opponent made a move.
"They're Cheating", Tsumemon yelled.
"Be Quiet!", Sidney said, hitting Tsumemon on the head. Sidney's chess opponent was the famous Sarai Chiboshi who was currently in a lavish Japanese Hotel. She was there visiting her Aunt Yolei and Uncle Ken. She and her In-Training digimon, DemiMermon, had taken time out of their busy schedule to play some chess.
"This guy's good." Sarai commented.
"You should tell him", DemiMermon suggested.
"Good Idea." Sarai typed, "You're really good", and Sidney wrote back "So are you". Sarai made her next move. Sidney looked out of the window at the beautiful Colarado Landscape, plotting his next move when his father and his digimon,Lopmon and Terriermon, entered the room. Sidney rolled his eyes and made his move
"No Cheating.", Tsumemon yelled again.
"Whatcha doin' Kid?", his father asked.
"Playing Chess." Sid ney answered.
"Alright just checking." Sidney's father left, leaving Terriermon and Lopmon behind. Terriermon watched Tsumemon to make sure he didn't move. Lopmon lay down on the top bunk of Sidney's bunkbed, His ears hanging off the bed.
"No staring", Tsumemon said., hitting Terriermon on the nose. He growled at Tsumemon.
"Leave Tsu alone", Sidney said, putting Tsumemon on his shoulder.
"He hit me", Terriermon whined.
"You were staring at him."
"You always side that thing."
"That THING is my Digimon...my friend! Why are you here anyway?"
"Willis, your father, wanted us to watch you. The last thing I need is another Internet wrecking digimon."Sidney turned around and looked at Terriermon who looked away realizing his mistake.
"Are you blaming Tsu for what happened in 1997?", Sidney asked. Terriermon left with out answering his question. Lopmon jumped off the bed and landed on Sidney's head.
"Willis is just worried", Lopmon said, calmly, "You're so much like him when he was your age. He just doesn't want history to repeat itself, even though what happened wasn't entirly his fault." Sidney took Lopmon off of his head and petted him. Meanwhile, Tsumemon was playing chess,badly I might add, and the fact that he kept typing "no cheating" wasn't helping any. Actually, after the fifth time he typed that Sarai had given up playing so Tsumemon was really playng DemiMermon. Sarai was busy trying to find her least obviuos outfit.
"I winned!", DemiMermon cheered.
"Say 'I won' not "I winned'", Sarai corrected.
"One, Two!", DemiMermon exclaimed. Then she started counting in Japanese. Sarai rolled her eyes and came over to the computer.
"You Cheated", Tsumemon typed.
"No I didn't. Don't be a sore loser", Sarai responded. "Liar." "I am not!"
"Your a cheating liar!" "Jerk!!!" Sarai turned off the computer and grabbed her D-3.
"Come on DemiMermon" She said, "we're out."She went to the door but the knob was stuck. She pushed the door hard but it wouldn't budge."DemiMermon you try."
"Bubble Blast!", DemiMermon shreiked, shooting a spray of bubbles from her mouth. Meanwhile, in Colarado, Sidney was having similar problems.
"Dad, open the door", Sidney yelled.
"We're trying Terriermon yelled, "Bunny Blast!" Terriermon's attacks were completly uneffective; the locked door still stood and Lopmon couln't get the window open either. Unfortunatly, that wasn't the only problem.The room was filled with black energy and Sidney's D-3 was glowing white. The same thing was going on in Sarai's hotel room. Suddenly the rooms turned white and the D-3s changed shape and color.
Sarai looked at Mermon with a confused expression.
"I didn't think digimon could do that anymore.",She said. "I must be the only digimon who can digivolve", Mermon said, "I can be the Princess of the Digimon!" "Well as long as you open the door I don't care what you think you can do." "I'm a princess; you should do it." "Well since I can't, then I guess we're stuck in here." "But if we can't get out then the world will be deprived of my beauty" "Maybe." "Move Sarai!' Sarai moved, not sure of what Mermon was about to do. "Auora Boreales!" A rainbow colored beam shot from Mermon's hands. It hit the door engulfing it in fire, rock, electricity, vines, water and ice. The door cracked from all the pressure. "Alright! now come on before something else happens.", Sarai said. The two headed for the elevator. Mermon pushed the button but nothing happened. "The elevator doesn't work", a voice said, "I know because I've been stuck in here for the last ten minutes.", "ten whole minutes, really?", Sarai asked. "Yeah, but I'm okay" "Hey,are you Sarai Chiboshi?, another voice asked. "Yeah", Sarai answerered, "Who's in there." "I'm Xochitl", the first voice said, "My digimon, Ikkimon, is here. Kichiro, my brother, is here with his digimon, Cunomon." "Can I have your autograph", Kichiro asked. He slipped a piece of paper through the elevator doors. Sarai signed it and slipped it back through the elevator doors. "Cool!", Xochitl said. "I'm glad you're having fun", Cunomon said sarcastically, "There's nothing better than being locked in an elevator." "Cunomon be quiet, I'm trying to think", Ikkimon said. "Trying is the keyword.", Cunomon said. "That hurts coming from an oversized lizard with no attacks to speak of." Cunomon growled and lowered his ears. "Alright Tweety, you're goin' down", Cunomon roared. "Bring it Bunky", Ikkimon retorted. "Rolling Spines!" Ikkimon dodged and Cunomon went flying through the door. Sarai and Mermon ran from the elevator as Ikkimon flew out. "Nightmare Storm!", he yelled; but he disappeared before anything happened along with Cunomon and Mermon. "What...what happened?", Kichiro stammered. "I don't know", Sarai said quietly, "But I think-" Suddenly the D-2's started beeping like crazy and the next thing the three kids knew, they were in a forest in the Digiworld. "Ever notice that whenever digi-destined are transported to the Digiworld for the first time they end up in a forest?", Xochitl asked. You know, I always thought that was weird.", Sarai said. "Oh great. Two Takeru obsessed people.", Cunomon said sarcasticly. Kichiro ran toard Cunomon and gave him a hug. "Cunomon, I was so worried", he said, "I thought somthing might've happened." Ikkimon, who was sitting in a nearby tree, laughed. "Somthing's going to happen", Ho joked,"It's called suffocation." Xochitl laughed. Sarai looked around but she didn't see Mermon anywhere. "Hey guys! I'm gonna go find Mermon", Sarai said. "Okay", Xochitl responded,We're gonna go not get eaten." "Can't we not get eaten here?",Kichiro asked. "Don't be such a baby, Kichiro", Xochitl said pulling him with her.
Then the D-3s(or should I say D-2s)sucked up all the energy in the room and then somthing amazing happened.
