The Circle of Light Foundation, Inc. is an active NYS 501(3)c not-for profit corporation operating in the County of Westchester. The Foundation was formed in 2003 and at presents maintains three (3) persons on it's Board of Directors. The mission statement of the Foundation is to effectively identify, designate and donate to other charitable organizations holding Circle of Light Foundation, Inc. has designated the following charities to be recipients of donations from the Circle of Light Foundation. The foundation will hold it's initial fundraiser in October entitled Circle of Friends. The events will run on October 8th, 2003 in New York City at Savannah Steak Restaurant and Bar and on October 9th, 2003 in Pelham, NY at Pelham Country Club.
