The picture is of the lovely Heritage of Gold sired by one of my favorite sires Gold Legend. Gold Legend stands in my home state of Texas. She won sixteen of twenty-eight lifetime starts. She finished third in the Breeder's Cup distaff two years in a row. One of the best runners produced from a Texas sire in the last few years. Valid Expectations will likely change that in the upcoming years. From my very first breeding I was hooked. I love this game especialy the breeding part. Here is a quote from my very first article

I love learning about lesser known or overlooked sires. Some are popular sires, meaning most people have heard of them, but they are just not used very much in the Sim. Some of them I have never heard of before. Here is the Breeding Corner I would like to spot light some of these sires to help some of our new players or bring a different perspective to the old Sim breeding veteran." I covered Sultry Song that week and wouldn't you know Singletary won the Breeder's Cup mile eight months later. Awesome!
