Welcome to another layout by me, Utena. I tried to make this one really unique in its spacial arrangment. This girl in the layout is Gally from Gunm/Battle Angel Alita. I just love this picture! I used it once for one of my own sites but I wanted to upgrade the look of it A LOT. I know the content area may be small if you're using 1024x768 but for 800x600 users like me, layouts have to look -ok- on both. The div layers should look consistent on all resies (or most) as I was very careful in putting everything in frames so that it won't look bad if you press f11.

It looks better if the link area didn't scroll as this layout was made for a collective or a site with limited linking (ie a small fansite or clique) but you can add as many links as you want! Although when scrolled, it's not transparent >.<

The scrollbars will look transparent on I.E 6.0 or above, in other browsers it will just be normal CSS or just grey (or whatever colour scheme your os is in) colours. It's not really that hard to use, I didn't put in comments this time, but be careful what you edit. cont.html is the main page, this, the target for the iframe is MAIN so remember to put target=MAIN when you edit the nav. to the right. The actual nav is in index2.html in a div layer, you'll find it easy enough. index.html is just the frames and stuff. REMEMBER: to add in target="_new" or target="_top" for links outside, if you are linking inside the iframe.

I'm serious, I know it may seem cumbersome but you HAVE to leave these credits somewhere. Or else you are not allowed to use this layout. See the credit to me as well? You have to leave that most importantly of all.
