For Gutsman, you should use the Hyper bomb weapon, recieved by Bombman. For defeating Gutsman, you get the "Super Arm" weapon. This allows Megaman to lift boulders and throw them. They explode in mid-air, and the smaller pieces of the stone go in all directions.
