Cutman is particularly weak to Gutsman's weapon "Super Arm". Just chuck a couple of rocks at him, and he should be finished. For beating him, you get "Rolling Cutter". This weapon, once shot, goes up, then downward and then back to Megaman, in a circle-like arc.
