Free Waterfall Snr, (The tree-hugger, father of Free Waterfall Jnr and leader of Penguins Unlimited featured from the episode "The Birdbot of Ice-Catraz") was against the idea of unfriendly environmental activities, but as the population of the penguins increase, he and the other followers decide to kill them.... the penguins end up killing him...

Oldman Waterfall, (A lawyer, veteran of many wars and a bigamist, featured mainly in "A Taste of Freedom") was a lawyer acting on behalf of Doctor Zoidberg in his trial for desecrating the Earth's Flag. He was crushed by one of the Crustacean palaces.
