This old Jazz song talks about opportunity and how one needs to” snatch and grab it before it gets away.”
As a young man I tried a number of different sports
mainly not because of any talent but because I enjoyed working out. It soon
became apparent that even though I was slow of foot, making my success at many
sports questionable, I had extremely fast hands and a hard head. This may give you some idea of what sport I
eventually gravitated to. That is one of the reasons later in life that Wado
Kai Karate, which emphasizes trip hammer punching, became such a good fit. In fact Shintani Sensei did some
boxing.
When I was younger I could snatch things out of just about anyone’s hand before they could close their fingers. I used to play this game with kids just to see the surprise in their eyes.
However God has said that no one will be able grab a
born again believer from his grip, no man or demon is fast enough.[3] If you have bought with the Blood of Jesus,
God holds title to your soul and he will never let go.

principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us
from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Father we are grateful for our Eternal Security in
