Fade in to sylvan scene, camera moves through the trees, a small pool with ruins of statues and a few pillars surrounded by trees. A light descends to the side of the pool, an angel resolves out of the light and looks around as if expecting someone. No one is here and she is disappointed. She sits by the pool to wait. The angel looks into the pool at reflection of the sky.
The scene darkens
The angel, startled, looks up and gasps.
A Demon Lord rises from the gloom.
The angel stands to run but the demon lord is quick and conjures a cage of black thorns around her. Light of Angel’s halo dims. Shying away from the thorns, she knows she is trapped.
The demon laughs at the angelic prisoner.
More demons materialize from the dark vapors.
The demon lord and his hench men approach the small cage.
Knight: “Let me be your hero.”
Demons spin around and stare at the knight. The knight stands in the only path leading to the ruined pool. He stands calm but a sense of energy emanates from him.
The demons all smile wickedly and six charge to the attack.
Demons 1 – 6 run toward Knight
As they charge the knight almost seems not to notice them until they are about six feet away. The knight swirls his cloak around, weapons cut the cloak but not the knight. He is several feet closer to the cage. The knight stands calmly in the center of his demonic adversaries with his sword in a two handed grip and a battle ready stance.
Demons 1-4 approach Knight cautiously one from each side
When they are with in reach the knight launches his own attack. A quick horizontal slash makes demons 2, 3, and 4 in front jump back, but demon #1 in the rear springs to attack from the back. Without even glancing to either side the knight switches his grip and drives the pommel of the great sword directly into demon #1’s throat.
Demon #1 dissipates into mist and floats away.
Knight ducks the spear thrust from demon #2 on his right, which stabs demon #3 in the chest as it approaches for its attack from Knights left.
Demon #3 dissipates into mist and floats away.
The knight steps in close to demon #2 and using the swords cross piece like a hammer strikes it between the eyes.
Demon #2 dissipates into mist and floats away
As the sword bounces off demon #2 the knight swings his blade around in time to disarm demon #4.
Demon #4 is knocked to the ground and raises his arms in fear
The creature looks up startled,
Knight is waiting for demon #4 to recover its weapon.
Demon #4 quickly gets to its feet and grabs its weapon, turns and runs toward the trees. Before it reaches the trees a fiery blast hits it in the back.
The demon lord growls as it lowers its still smoking hand. It turns toward the knight and the growl turns to a roar as it points at him. A ball of flame erupts form his hand and speeds toward the knight, who takes the attack on his sword
Knight is sent flying back. He lands and rolls to his feet. Knight’s face shows a startled look, he realizes that he no longer holds his weapon
Cut to far shot showing sword embedded in to the earth several yards away.
Cut to close up of knight’s face
Knight shows determined look. Looks from demons to sword, back to demons judging the distance from the demons to his sword off to his left.
Demons # 5-(?) charge the knight
Knight runs toward his sword.
Demons reach knight before knight reaches sword
Demons pile on knight. Demons seem to pass through one another and fuse together to cover knight
Angel in her prison summons a glittering ball in her hand and sends it toward the knight as she blows him a kiss.
Under the writhing demons the knight struggles and pushes an arm up through the mass of demons just as the ‘kiss’ reaches him and the glittering ball lands in his hand.
A glow begins to form under the pile
The mass heaves upward once, twice, then on the third, demons fly in all directions turning to mist and blowing away in the breeze.
The knight stands in ragged glory, armor hanging in shreds and pieces missing completely. Bleeding from several wounds he sways to his feet.
Cut to over the shoulder shot of the knight focusing on Demon Lord
The Demon Lord looks surprised
Cut to far shot of the three of them, and then zoom in to close up of angel
Angel says, “I can kiss away your pain,”
She blows another kiss.
Zoom out to follow ‘kiss’
When the sparkling energy reaches the he begins to glow slightly, then he is healed and his armor is mended. The knight reaches out his hand and his sword spins into his hand.
Knight approaches the demon lord who steps back from the knight
Cut to full shot of demon Lord
Demon looks frightened and steps back
Cut to close up of demon lord
Expression fearful then turns angry
Cut to profile of demon lord and knight face off
The demon lord fires another blast
of flame directly at the knight but glances off his armor.
The knight walks up and strikes the demon with a mighty series of blows ending
with a fierce stab deep into its chest.
Demon lord screams.
Knight turns around, approaches cage. Strikes cage with sword, cage turns to mist and dissipates.
Angel stands and moves to embrace knight
Knight and angel in unison “I will stand by you forever.”
