Ok this is where the custom
script comes in I think. What I need is for those to turn into a
nice-looking button, when you hover over that button a menu comes
out the right side, which displays all the links in that category.

| This is where the messages on the home page goes. It
is used for imporant announcements and things. If you don't
know what I am talking about www.wc3campaigns.com
and www.wcgalaxy.com both have
them. they are on the front page and display messages. I also
need you to even out all my frames and cells, They look pretty
average right now, but they arent close to perfect, and I also can't
seem to make that little box like in the navigational bar and poll
in the login, whos online, and search box, so if you could add those
it would help.

| Poll script.... After a person votes in the poll, it
should show the results every time the poll is shown to him, so he
can't vote over and over. |
