Levi: Levi's antisocial, he has few friends and feels his powers are a cruse. Levi likes having friends but his sister aways scares them away. Levi first ture friend was Heather, he only knew her by running into her all over Neo Tokyo. Levi wanted to just be friends but Heather wants more, Levi can't get close to anyone cause of his ice powers, if he would touch someone he would freeze their blood and could be fatal if he would hold on. Levi's favorite thing to do is make it rain with his water powers. Levi always looks like their is no tomorrow and gives this sad face everone he meets seems to like.
Rogue: A deadly fighter and nasty ability make him really good in fights with others. He's a good guy thick and through, he like some team work but not a lot. Rogue's powers very in strength by the weather, he can be really strong if it's raining or really weak if its hot. But what he lacks during the weather he makes up for in speed. Rogue has huge bat-like wings and a long fish-like tail.
