The AAML system is a light man portable anti-armour system. It consists of a launcher, guidance system , and missile pod. The standard infantry version weights 30 kg together, allowing the system to be carried by a crew of two soldiers in two dedicated backpacks. One soldier carries the launcher and the tripod and another soldier carries up to two missiles pods.
