When you join an organization you will automatically be given a rank.Your commanding officer will choose when the time is appropriate for you to gain a rank.Your commanding officer is the one in the rank just above you.Example, you are a private and a corpral is above you.The corpral you are under will choose when you should be given a higher rank.However your commanding officer must run this by the leader of the organization before you can be promoted.If you have any problems for example, you have done a sufficient amount of deeds and you believe you should be promoted but your commanding officer disagrees or you and your commanding officer both believe you are ready but the leader disagrees then contact me and I will choose.I know the virgo suit was a mobile doll suit but in this rpg it can be made into a regular piloting suit.Also, if a team would like their soldiers to have a certain color for their mobile suit, for instance all Barton Foundation suits will be blue as soon as I can find a graphics person to do that.Or, the leader of the organization could have his mobile suit a special color or you can give a nickname to your mobile suit and have it painted that color like Char's red comet.
